SUMMARY:Mpls: Adam Weiner aka Low Cut Connie (solo) at Turf Club (Mar 7\, 2026)
DESCRIPTION:Low Cut Connie at Turf Club (Mar 7\, 2026)\n\n\nMarch 7\, 2026 Saturday\nLow Cut Connie\nat Turf Clubfirst-avenue.com\n\nPhiladelphia-based rock ‘n’ roll artist Low Cut Connie (Adam Weiner) is on tour to support his protest album Livin in the USA (available July 3rd on Contender Records). Weiner will be headlining the Turf Club\, in St Paul\, on March 7\, 2026.\n\n\nExcerpt from Weiner’s statement about this new album:\n\n\nI made this record because I am disgusted to see our country descend into an authoritarian hell\, a moral vacuum\, a place where art does not lead the cultural conversation. \nI made this album to say f**k you to this regime\, to the brutality and inhumanity of our political and tech leaders. They are a**holes with no class\, taste\, morality\, or art in their bodies. \nI made this record because I refuse to let these motherfuckers steal our art and steal our joy. \n\n \n\n Low Cut Connie \n\n\nWe last saw Low Cut Connie in Oct 2025 and said\, “There is not much else to add\, but based on my first experience\, I felt like I was watching the spirit of Bruce Springsteen and the soul of James Brown in Adam’s stage presence. I will cite as evidence that there was a guy in the crowd with a Springsteen concert tee and when we started to filter out of the venue after the two-hour set\, Brown’s “Living in America” ushered us out the doors. Even though the spirit and the soul of the band remain the same\, there have been changes. The lineup changed at the end of 2024 when three longtime members left the band: guitarists Abigail Dempsey and Will Donnelly and bassist Linwood Regensburg. Joining Adam on stage was Rich Stanley on guitar\, Nick Perri on bass\, Jarae Lewis on drums\, Kelsey Cork on guitar and tenor sax and the stellar Amanda “Rocky” Bullwinkel on vocals.”\n\nLow Cut Connie Tour Dates:\n\n3/3 – Chicago\, IL – City Winery *\n3/5 – Ann Arbor\, MI – The Ark *\n3/6 – Davenport\, IA – Raccoon Motel *\n3/7 – St. Paul\, MN – Turf Club *\n3/12 – St. Louis\, MO – City Winery *\n3/13 – Nashville\, TN – City Winery *\n3/20 – Pittsburgh\, PA – City Winery *\n3/21 – Elkton\, MD – Elkton Music Hall *\n3/27 – Northampton\, MA – Back Porch Music Festival\n4/3-7 – Little Steven’s Underground Garage Cruise\n4/10 – Plymouth\, MA – Spire Center for the Arts *\n4/11 – Portsmouth\, NH – The Press Room *\n4/12 – New York\, NY – City Winery *\n4/17 – Lancaster\, PA – West Art *\n4/18 – Atlantic City\, NJ – Anchor Rock Club *\n4/30 – Baltimore\, MD – Third Space @ Shaarei Tfiloh\n* – “Livin in the USA” solo tour dates\n\n\nSocial Share\n Share on Add Us (Opens in new window)\n Add Us\n \n Share on Instagram (Opens in new window)\n Instagram\n \n Share on X (Opens in new window)\n X\n \n Share on Bluesky (Opens in new window)\n Bluesky\n \n Share on Facebook (Opens in new window)\n Facebook\n More\n Print (Opens in new window)\n Print\n \n Share on Reddit (Opens in new window)\n Reddit\n \n Email a link to a friend (Opens in new window)\n Email\n \n Share on Pinterest (Opens in new window)\n Pinterest\n \n Share on Tumblr (Opens in new window)\n Tumblr\n \n Share on Threads (Opens in new window)\n Threads\n \n Share on WhatsApp (Opens in new window)\n WhatsApp\n \n Share on LinkedIn (Opens in new window)\n LinkedIn\n \n Share on Mastodon (Opens in new window)\n Mastodon\n \n Share on Telegram (Opens in new window)\n Telegram\n \n Share on Nextdoor (Opens in new window)\n Nextdoor\n Like this:Like Loading...

She was born in London\, but spent most of her life living in different parts of the United States. Toggling between NYC and LA most of her musical career\, she made a bold choice to move to Red Cloud\, NE\, to restore an old farm house. The geographic location of the small town being in the twenty miles from the center of the contiguous United States provided inspiration for her latest album Run to the Center\, which she played from with songs like “How Do You Get By” and “Skylight.” “There’s so much room on the stage\,” Murr smiled. “I don’t know where to put myself.””\nTour Dates \n\n2/13 — Red Cloud Opera House — Red Cloud\, NE\n3/10 — 7th Street Entry — Minneapolis\, MN\n3/11 — Empty Bottle — Chicago\, IL\n3/13 — Pearl Street — Washington\, DC\n3/14 — Music Hall of Williamsburg — New York\, NY\n3/15 — Johnny Brenda’s — Philadelphia\, PA\n3/17 — Pinhook — Durham\, NC\n3/18 — The Earl — Atlanta\, GA\n3/19 — Third Man — Nashville\, TN\n3/21 — Deep Ellum Art Co — Dallas\, TX\n3/22 — 29th St Ballroom — Austin\, TX\n3/25 — Rebel Lounge — Phoenix\, AZ\n3/26 — Lodge Room — Los Angeles\, CA\n5/7 — Holocene — Portland\, OR\n5/8 — Churchill Baker — Baker City\, OR\n5/9 — Substation — Seattle\, WA\n5/10 — Wise Hall — Vancouver\, WA\n5/13 — Rickshaw — San Francisco\, CA\n5/14 — Starlet Room — Sacramento\, CA\n5/15 — Felton Music Hall — Felton\, CA\n\n\n\nSocial Share\n Share on Add Us (Opens in new window)\n Add Us\n \n Share on Instagram (Opens in new window)\n Instagram\n \n Share on X (Opens in new window)\n X\n \n Share on Bluesky (Opens in new window)\n Bluesky\n \n Share on Facebook (Opens in new window)\n Facebook\n More\n Print (Opens in new window)\n Print\n \n Share on Reddit (Opens in new window)\n Reddit\n \n Email a link to a friend (Opens in new window)\n Email\n \n Share on Pinterest (Opens in new window)\n Pinterest\n \n Share on Tumblr (Opens in new window)\n Tumblr\n \n Share on Threads (Opens in new window)\n Threads\n \n Share on WhatsApp (Opens in new window)\n WhatsApp\n \n Share on LinkedIn (Opens in new window)\n LinkedIn\n \n Share on Mastodon (Opens in new window)\n Mastodon\n \n Share on Telegram (Opens in new window)\n Telegram\n \n Share on Nextdoor (Opens in new window)\n Nextdoor\n Like this:Like Loading...

DESCRIPTION:Jesse Welles at First Avenue (Mar 12-13\, 2026)\n\n\nMarch 12\, 2026 Thursday\nMarch 13\, 2026 Friday\nJesse Welles\nwith S.G. Goodmanat First Avenuefirst-avenue.com\n\nThe current face of protest singer is undoubtedly Jesse Welles. The prolific songwriter has been cranking out all sorts of songs to address the current climate. And he’s good! One listen to his Anti-ICE song\, “Join ICE”\, and you can hear the cleverness and commentary on their brutality.\n\n\nNo surprise\, but his entire tour is sold out. Welles is headlining First Avenue\, in Minneapolis\, on March 12 and March 13.\n\n\n S.G. Goodman \n\n\nS.G. Goodman to open. We saw Goodman in Oct 2021 and said\, “Turnout for the show was pretty terrific for a Friday\, with S.G. Goodman taking the stage around 8:30pm. This was her first time here\, and although she only played seven or eight songs\, mostly from her debut album Old Time Feeling\, she filled out the time nicely as she tends to ramble between songs. We learn that she’s “legally obligated” to say her name seven times\, as her manager thinks it’s good for name recognition. And as promised\, she would continue to say her name throughout the show\, including during the band introduction: Nick Harley on bass\, Matt Rowan on guitars\, and Stephen Montgomery on drums.”\n\nTour Dates:\n\nFeb 23\, 2026 Bijou Theatre Knoxville\, TN \nFeb 24\, 2026 Ryman Auditorium Nashville\, TN \nFeb 25\, 2026 The Eastern Atlanta\, GA \nFeb 27\, 2026 The Orange Peel Asheville\, NC \nFeb 28\, 2026 The Fillmore Charlotte Charlotte\, NC \nMar 1\, 2026 9:30 Club Washington\, D.C. \nMar 2\, 2026 9:30 Club Washington\, D.C. \nMar 4\, 2026 The Fillmore Philadelphia Philadelphia\, PA \nMar 6\, 2026 Citizens House of Blues Boston Boston\, MA \nMar 7\, 2026 The Capitol Theatre Port Chester\, NY \nMar 8\, 2026 Massey Hall Toronto\, ON\nMar 10\, 2026 The Majestic Theatre Detroit\, MI \nMar 11\, 2026 The Sylvee Madison\, WI \nMar 12\, 2026 First Avenue Minneapolis\, MN \nMar 13\, 2026 First Avenue Minneapolis\, MN \nMar 17\, 2026 Treefort Music Hall Boise\, ID \nMar 19\, 2026 Commodore Ballroom Vancouver\, BC \nMar 20\, 2026 McMenamins Crystal Ballroom Portland\, OR\nMar 21\, 2026 The UC Theatre Berkeley\, CA \nMar 22\, 2026 The Observatory North Park San Diego\, CA \nMar 24\, 2026 The Van Buren Phoenix\, AZ \nMar 26\, 2026 Stubb’s Waller Creek Amphitheater Austin\, TX \nMar 27\, 2026 Longhorn Ballroom Dallas\, TX \nMar 28\, 2026 Ozark Music Hall Fayetteville\, AR \nApr 19\, 2026 High Water Festival North Charleston\, SC\n\n\n\nSocial Share\n Share on Add Us (Opens in new window)\n Add Us\n \n Share on Instagram (Opens in new window)\n Instagram\n \n Share on X (Opens in new window)\n X\n \n Share on Bluesky (Opens in new window)\n Bluesky\n \n Share on Facebook (Opens in new window)\n Facebook\n More\n Print (Opens in new window)\n Print\n \n Share on Reddit (Opens in new window)\n Reddit\n \n Email a link to a friend (Opens in new window)\n Email\n \n Share on Pinterest (Opens in new window)\n Pinterest\n \n Share on Tumblr (Opens in new window)\n Tumblr\n \n Share on Threads (Opens in new window)\n Threads\n \n Share on WhatsApp (Opens in new window)\n WhatsApp\n \n Share on LinkedIn (Opens in new window)\n LinkedIn\n \n Share on Mastodon (Opens in new window)\n Mastodon\n \n Share on Telegram (Opens in new window)\n Telegram\n \n Share on Nextdoor (Opens in new window)\n Nextdoor\n Like this:Like Loading...

SUMMARY:Mpls: Northstar Original Revue at Midway Saloon (Mar 12\, 2026)
DESCRIPTION:Midway saloon 3/12. Now proudly sponsored by @utepilsbrewing \n\n@tmillsvfx \n@coffeevanillaband \n@rollnsoul \nQuarter Moon\n@peterivard \n@dylanwyldemusic \n@zolarosenfeldmusic\n\n\n\n\nIn August 2025\, we reviewed a group of local bands who were playing as part of a Northstar Original Revue event. Take a look at that review for a little more background\, but NOR are doing some great work to give both new and established local artists an opportunity to perform. On a grossly sleet-filled evening in Saint Paul\, it was a great chance to see a variety of acts in the warm confines of the Midway Saloon. \n\n\n\nUp first was The Flying T\, brainchild of Tony Mills\, a singer\, song writer and multi-instrumentalist. They came to stage as a duo (vocals/guitar\, stand up bass). Starting with Rabbit with Knives was a great beginning\, as it highlighted the dark humor and the solid folk rock sound of The Flying T (check Bandcamp for a collection of singles). Trains and Thunder had a dark guitar riff and let both musicians have fun with an extended musical section. On the Day that the Devil Came to Town had a good introductory joke (hint\, it was January 6th) and was a bouncy instrumental belying the song’s title. Closing with Horror Movie\, a pretty dystopian take\, The Flying T had started the evening off strong. The trio (they normally have a mandolin player) will be opening for The Roe Family Singers over at the 331 Club on April 13\, and is a great chance to catch this deviously fun band. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Flying T\n\n\n\nUp next was Taylor Robert\, coming to stage solo on acoustic guitar. Having released an album Brighter Day last year\, he was already playing some new songs planned for the next album. This was very Americana folk\, and the first song with its chorus of “when the prayers run out” connected well. This was a straightforward sound and Robert had a good vocal tone that worked with the musical vibe. After a quick tuning\, we got a slower ballad that let Robert croon. There was the most country sounding number and Robert finished up his set with a song called The Anthem\, his take on recent times up here. \n\n\n\n\n\nTaylor Robert\n\n\n\nCoffee Vanilla Band was a duo (vocals/keyboards and vocals/guitar) whose female lead singer had a bit of a Stevie Nicks sound. That keys & guitar combo also had a bit of a 70’s retro rock feel and this was definitely a change of pace from the earlier artists. A deep cut of a Judas Priest song Angel was next and had a switch of lead vocalist. Given that there were only the two musicians\, they made this feel big and that’s pretty impressive. Thanking NOR and Midway Saloon for the opportunity\, it was appropriate that the next number was titled Thank You\, a quieter number that let both musicians have their chance at lead vocals. \n\n\n\n\n\nCoffee Vanilla Bean\n\n\n\nZola (full name Zola Rosenfeld) was introduced as a storytelling singer and came to stage solo with guitar. Her first song\, Active Citizen\, is part of the compilation album Thaw\, an anti-ICE album with 30 local Twin Cities artists. Zola had a strong vocal tone that cut through the crowd noise. Unreliable Narrator was pretty brilliant indie rock and Zola had great stage presence and a really strong voice that got to ride free on the end of that song. After a quick sip of water\, Zola finished up her set about her OCD and deep research into disasters which was offset by “If this doesn’t resonate for you\, that’s probably a good thing”. The song itself was another very good number\, and I’d be willing to bet we will see a lot more of Zola going forward.  \n\n\n\n\n\nZola\n\n\n\nNext was Dylan Wilde\, playing solo on guitar with his country Americana style. Utah was a good opener and his strong baritone voice rang through the entirety of the Midway Saloon. A “this is more upbeat\, but not happier” led to Heartbreaker\, which was a very accurate description and actually got the crowd to clap along in the latter part of the number. Wilde had a very good sense of humor and rapport with the audience between songs before jumping back into those pretty bleak Americana songs. For the genre\, this was pretty peak\, and we’ll be looking for that upcoming LP for sure. A heartfelt intro to The Love I Loved the Most was a perfect close for Dylan Wilde’s heartfelt style. \n\n\n\n\n\nDylan Wilde\n\n\n\nThe Peter Rivard Duo (vocals/banjo/ukelele\, guitar/vocals/mandolin) continued the Americana theme and the pair started with letting the audience know they had been playing together for twenty years\, “so we’re going to start with an argument”. A dry sense of humor “I’m going to play a little guitar” as he switched to uke\, we got a song about being a grandfather\, and the duo had a comfortable control of things. There’s something to veteran musicians just doing their thing\, and these guys had it in spades. There was a banjo heavy instrumental number and it really fit the vibe of the evening. Heading in a different direction\, they closed on a bit of a St. Patrick’s Day theme with a nice instrumental and The Peter Rivard Duo finished their set with a real Irish sound. \n\n\n\n\n\nThe Peter Rivard Duo\n\n\n\nLast up was Quarter Moon and it was a complete change of pace\, both from age (13-18 year olds!) and genre. The punk rock trio (vocals/bass\, guitar/vocals\, and drums) were hot out of the gate\, and those lower tenor vocals had that slight punk whine\, which was perfect for the material. Quarter Moon was blowing the doors off in terms of tempo and volume and the crowd (including many of the Americana performers) were into it. That might be the calling card for NOR\, a community of musicians who love music\, and it’s a pleasure that such a thing exists. A quick tuning and bad joke\, and Quarter Moon were back into it\, with crashing drums leading into dual vocals from guitarists and bassist. A change of guitar gave us a reverb heavy intro and Quarter Moon was in full thrash mode. As they closed out the set and evening\, all of the bands had shown up strong and NOR continues to promote great local events. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nQuarter Moon\nSocial Share\n Share on Add Us (Opens in new window)\n Add Us\n \n Share on Instagram (Opens in new window)\n Instagram\n \n Share on X (Opens in new window)\n X\n \n Share on Bluesky (Opens in new window)\n Bluesky\n \n Share on Facebook (Opens in new window)\n Facebook\n More\n Print (Opens in new window)\n Print\n \n Share on Reddit (Opens in new window)\n Reddit\n \n Email a link to a friend (Opens in new window)\n Email\n \n Share on Pinterest (Opens in new window)\n Pinterest\n \n Share on Tumblr (Opens in new window)\n Tumblr\n \n Share on Threads (Opens in new window)\n Threads\n \n Share on WhatsApp (Opens in new window)\n WhatsApp\n \n Share on LinkedIn (Opens in new window)\n LinkedIn\n \n Share on Mastodon (Opens in new window)\n Mastodon\n \n Share on Telegram (Opens in new window)\n Telegram\n \n Share on Nextdoor (Opens in new window)\n Nextdoor\n Like this:Like Loading...

SUMMARY:Mpls: Dollyrots at Uptown VFW (Mar 12\, 2026)
DESCRIPTION:Helmed by bassist/lead vocalist Kelly Ogden\, guitarist/vocalist Luis Cabezas\, and touring drummer Simon Hancock\, The Dollyrots are charging into spring with the release of their new single\, “Attention Span\,” arriving March 13 via Wicked Cool Records. The track lands alongside the band’s Spring Break From Reality Tour\, which launches March 12 in Minneapolis with Keep Flying supporting. \n“Attention Span” continues The Dollyrots’ legacy of punchy\, hook-driven pop-punk\, pairing razor-sharp riffs with Ogden’s magnetic vocal delivery. The track balances grit and gloss with distorted guitars fueling the engine while melodies hit with sugar-rush velocity. \n“It’s easy to feel overwhelmed with the intensity and rate of information thrown our way every day in this modern life. Important connections with each other and the earth seem to get lost in the shuffle. ‘Attention Span’ is a happy-sounding song about the confusion we feel right now\,” shares Ogden. \nOver the years\, The Dollyrots have carved out a distinctive space in modern pop-punk with irresistible hooks\, high-octane live shows\, and a fiercely independent ethos. Their sound fuses classic punk attitude with choruses engineered for maximum crowd participation. \nBeyond the studio\, the band’s reputation has been cemented on stage. Known for kinetic\, crowd-connecting performances\, they’ve built a loyal following that thrives on authenticity and access. At their core\, The Dollyrots craft songs that feel like inside jokes\, heartbreaks you can dance to\, and anthems built for sticky summer nights. \nSpring Break From Reality Tour Dates with Keep Flying as support: \n3/12 in Minneapolis\, MN at Uptown VFW\n3/13 in Cudahy\, WI at X-Ray Arcade\n3/14 in Chicago\, IL at Reggie’s\n3/15 in St. Louis\, MO at Off Broadway\n3/17 in Indianapolis\, IN at Melody Inn\n3/18 in New Kensington\, PA at Preserving Underground\n3/19 in Columbus\, OH at Rumba Cafe\n3/20 in Hamtramck\, MI at Small’s\n3/21 in Cleveland\, OH at Beachland Tavern\n3/22 in Newport\, KY at The Southgate House Revival\n6/13-14 in Washington\, DC at Festival Grounds at RFK Campus (Vans Warped Tour) \nStay up to date: http://www.thedollyrots.com \nSocial Share\n Share on Add Us (Opens in new window)\n Add Us\n \n Share on Instagram (Opens in new window)\n Instagram\n \n Share on X (Opens in new window)\n X\n \n Share on Bluesky (Opens in new window)\n Bluesky\n \n Share on Facebook (Opens in new window)\n Facebook\n More\n Print (Opens in new window)\n Print\n \n Share on Reddit (Opens in new window)\n Reddit\n \n Email a link to a friend (Opens in new window)\n Email\n \n Share on Pinterest (Opens in new window)\n Pinterest\n \n Share on Tumblr (Opens in new window)\n Tumblr\n \n Share on Threads (Opens in new window)\n Threads\n \n Share on WhatsApp (Opens in new window)\n WhatsApp\n \n Share on LinkedIn (Opens in new window)\n LinkedIn\n \n Share on Mastodon (Opens in new window)\n Mastodon\n \n Share on Telegram (Opens in new window)\n Telegram\n \n Share on Nextdoor (Opens in new window)\n Nextdoor\n Like this:Like Loading...

SUMMARY:Mpls: Zara Larsson at The Fillmore Minneapolis (March 13\, 2026)
DESCRIPTION:GRAMMY® Award-nominated global pop superstar Zara Larsson launches 2026 at full blaze as her highly anticipated Midnight Sun Tour officially sells out ahead of its February 28 kickoff in Portland\, OR. The sold-out run arrives amid a landmark chart moment for Zara\, who continues to hold three simultaneous entries on the Billboard Hot 100\, underscoring her growing dominance on the global stage. \nThis week\, Larsson maintains her chart dominance as she ranks #31 in the world on Spotify’s artist chart with over 61 million monthly listeners. She continues to hold three concurrent songs on Billboard’s Hot 100 with her GRAMMY®-nominated single\, “Midnight Sun\,” her PinkPantheress collaboration\, “Stateside\,” and her global smash “Lush Life” —nearly a decade after its original release. The song’s cultural resurgence shows no signs of slowing\, also recently hitting a new peak at #8 on the Billboard Global chart. \nOn February 28\, Zara will bring Midnight Sun to the stage as her sold-out North American tour kicks off at Portland’s Crystal Ballroom. Due to overwhelming demand\, second nights were added in Los Angeles (The Wiltern\, March 4 & 5) and New York (Brooklyn Paramount\, March 26 & 27)\, alongside multiple venue upgrades across the tour. SUMMARY:Mpls: Michael Shannon & Jason Narducy and Friends at First Avenue (Mar 14\, 2026)
DESCRIPTION:Michael Shannon & Jason Narducy and Friends at First Avenue (Mar 14\, 2026) \n\n\nMarch 14\, 2026 Saturday\nMichael Shannon & Jason Narducy and Friends\nwith Bobcat Goldthwaitat First Avenue\nfirst-avenue.com\n\n Michael Shannon and Jason Narducy (with Friends) is back! This time they are going to take on R.E.M.’s Lifes Rich Pageant. Some of my favorite songs on this album is “Fall On Me” and “Superman”. The “Superman” song is actually a cover of The Clique… but everybody\, including myself associate the song with R.E.M.\n\n\n Michael Shannon & Jason Narducy \n\n\nWe saw Michael Shannon & Jason Narducy in Oct 2025 and said\, “This cover band act could absolutely be a gimmick; famous actor who can do a good impression of a pretty identifiable and idiosyncratic singer. But from my perspective\, it was pretty obvious from the first few songs that Shannon cares about this band and its music\, and that ultimately raises it up to “imitation being the sincerest form of flattery”. And the backing band has the chops to carry this. Besides Narducy\, providing lead guitar and backing vocals\, there’s fellow Mould and Superchunk performer Jon Wurster on drums\, and the six performers are obviously very comfortable with each other. It turns out that Shannon and Narducy have been doing various cover music for a decade\, before embarking on their first tour last year.”\n\nBobcat Goldthwait to open.\n\nTour Dates \n\nFEB 13 Neptune Theatre Seattle\, WA\nFEB 14 Revolution Hall Portland\, OR\nFEB 16 Harrah’s Lake Tahoe Stateline\, NV\nFEB 17 The Fillmore San Francisco\, CA\nFEB 19 The Bellwether Los Angeles\, CA\nFEB 21 Emo’s Austin Austin\, TX\nFEB 24 House of Blues New Orleans New Orleans\, LA\n FEB 26 40 Watt Club Athens\, GA\nFEB 27 40 Watt Club Athens\, GA\nFEB 28 Cat’s Cradle Carrboro\, NC\nMAR 2 The National Richmond\, VA\nMAR 3 9:30 ClubWashington\, DC\nMAR 4 Union Transfer Philadelphia\, PA\nMAR 6 Royale Boston\, MA\nMAR 7 Brooklyn Steel Brooklyn\, NY\nMAR 9 Mr. Smalls Theatre\, Funhouse & Café Millvale\, PA\nMAR 10 Globe Iron Cleveland\, OH\nMAR 12 Metro Chicago Chicago\, IL\nMAR 13 Metro Chicago Chicago\, IL\nMAR 14 First Avenue Minneapolis\, MN\nMAR 16 The Bluebird Bloomington\, IN\nSEP 1 Thekla Bristol\nSEP 2 Chalk Brighton\nSEP 4 Koko London\nSEP 5 New Century Hall Manchester\nSEP 6 Brudenell Social Club Leeds\nSEP 8 Liquid Room Edinburgh\nSEP 9 Saint Luke’s Glasgow\nSEP 11 Vicar Street Dublin\nSEP 12 Mandela Hall Belfast\nSEP 24 Codfish Hollow Barnstormers Maquoketa\, IA\nSEP 25 Riviera Theatre Chicago\, IL\nSEP 26 The Majestic Theatr Detroit\, MI \n\n\n\nSocial Share\n Share on Add Us (Opens in new window)\n Add Us\n \n Share on Instagram (Opens in new window)\n Instagram\n \n Share on X (Opens in new window)\n X\n \n Share on Bluesky (Opens in new window)\n Bluesky\n \n Share on Facebook (Opens in new window)\n Facebook\n More\n Print (Opens in new window)\n Print\n \n Share on Reddit (Opens in new window)\n Reddit\n \n Email a link to a friend (Opens in new window)\n Email\n \n Share on Pinterest (Opens in new window)\n Pinterest\n \n Share on Tumblr (Opens in new window)\n Tumblr\n \n Share on Threads (Opens in new window)\n Threads\n \n Share on WhatsApp (Opens in new window)\n WhatsApp\n \n Share on LinkedIn (Opens in new window)\n LinkedIn\n \n Share on Mastodon (Opens in new window)\n Mastodon\n \n Share on Telegram (Opens in new window)\n Telegram\n \n Share on Nextdoor (Opens in new window)\n Nextdoor\n Like this:Like Loading...

The tour will stop by the Turf Club\, in St Paul\, on March 15\, 2026.\n\n Clover County \n\nWe saw Clover County in Oct 2025 and said\, “Clover County\, the Georgia-born opener\, stepped into that space with only a guitar and a tender voice\, wise beyond her (24) years. There’s twang in her melodies\, but a wink\, too — the knowing nod of someone who knows the score. Between songs\, she spun the kind of stories that made me wish the set were twice as long: her Italian dad’s enormous “mafia” Cadillac\, a missed connection with a smoldering Minnesotan\, the logistical challenge of having a bone missing from her pinky\, the borrowed boots that started it all. The crowd adored her. Her sweetest love songs\, she said\, were “fiction\,” though her frustrations and hopes were no doubt shared throughout the crowd.”\n2026 Tour Dates\n\nFebruary 19 – Denver\, CO – Globe Hall\nFebruary 21 – Salt Lake City\, UT – Kilby Court\nFebruary 22 – Boise\, ID – Shrine Social Club Basement\nFebruary 24 – Seattle\, WA – Barboza\nFebruary 26 – Portland\, OR – The Showdown\nFebruary 28 – San Francisco\, CA – Brick & Mortar Music Hall\nMarch 2 – Los Angeles\, CA – The Echo\nMarch 3 – San Diego\, CA – Voodoo Room at House of Blues San Diego\nMarch 4 – Phoenix\, AZ – Valley Bar\nMarch 6 – Austin\, TX – Mohawk\nMarch 7 – Dallas\, TX – Ferris Wheelers Backyard\nMarch 8 – Oklahoma City\, OK – Resonant Head\nMarch 10 – Columbia\, MO – Rose Music Hall\nMarch 12 – Madison\, WI – The Sylvee *\nMarch 13 – Madison\, WI – The Sylvee *\nMarch 14 – Waukee\, IN – Vibrant Music Hall *\nMarch 15 – Minneapolis\, MN – Turf Club\nMarch 16 – Evanston\, IL – SPACE\nMarch 17 – Minneapolis\, MN – Turf Club\nMarch 19 – Fort Wayne\, IN – Clyde Theatre *\nMarch 20 – Grand Rapids\, MI – GLC Live at 20 Monroe *\nMarch 23 – Brooklyn\, NY – Baby’s All Right\nMarch 24 – Washington\, DC – DC9 Nightclub\nMarch 26 – Carrboro\, NC – Cat’s Cradle – Back Room\nMarch 27 – Asheville\, NC – Asheville Music Hall\nMarch 28 – Atlanta\, GA – Vinyl at Center Stage\nMarch 31 – Nashville\, TN – The End\nApril 4 – Toronto\, ON – The Drake\nMay 16 – London\, UK – Highways Festival\n* – supporting Sam Barber\n\n\nSocial Share\n Share on Add Us (Opens in new window)\n Add Us\n \n Share on Instagram (Opens in new window)\n Instagram\n \n Share on X (Opens in new window)\n X\n \n Share on Bluesky (Opens in new window)\n Bluesky\n \n Share on Facebook (Opens in new window)\n Facebook\n More\n Print (Opens in new window)\n Print\n \n Share on Reddit (Opens in new window)\n Reddit\n \n Email a link to a friend (Opens in new window)\n Email\n \n Share on Pinterest (Opens in new window)\n Pinterest\n \n Share on Tumblr (Opens in new window)\n Tumblr\n \n Share on Threads (Opens in new window)\n Threads\n \n Share on WhatsApp (Opens in new window)\n WhatsApp\n \n Share on LinkedIn (Opens in new window)\n LinkedIn\n \n Share on Mastodon (Opens in new window)\n Mastodon\n \n Share on Telegram (Opens in new window)\n Telegram\n \n Share on Nextdoor (Opens in new window)\n Nextdoor\n Like this:Like Loading...

SUMMARY:Mpls: Dream\, Ivory at 7th St Entry (Mar 17\, 2026)
DESCRIPTION:Dream\, Ivory at 7th St Entry (Mar 17\, 2026)\n\n\nMarch 17\, 2026 Tuesday \nDream\, Ivory\nwith Rewat 7th St Entryfirst-avenue.com\n\nLos Angeles duo Dream\, Ivory will be headlining 7th St Entry\, in Minneapolis\, on March 17\, 2026\, in support of their new album When You Come Back I Have So Much To Tell You.\n\n\n Daniel (Dream\, Ivory) \n\n\nWe saw Dream\, Ivory in May 2025 and said\, “Dream\, Ivory got the show started with “Bullet Train”\, a single from their upcoming album. I was amazed to learn after the set that playing guitar and bass live is relatively new to the brothers (Christian and Louie Baello) who prefer to experiment on synthesizers and computers. The sense Christian conveyed\, is that creating music and playing music are distinct for them. On the advice of their manager\, they added a drummer (Daniel Vanchieri) for their live performances\, which is part of the “leveling up” process that the brothers are aspiring for. Based on this show\, it’s paying off; Daniel’s addition lends a fullness to the band’s live sound. The band played to a large and appreciative audience with many singing along. Even with slower songs like “Wedding Crasher”\, “I’m So Emo” and “Scorpion” the crowd was very engaged. “Would It Kill You At All” brought the tempo up a smidge and “Welcome and Goodbye”\, their biggest hit to-date was played with particular intensity and met with joy from the audience. The set ended with “Solar Eclipse”. It was fun to watch the fans interacting with Christian after the show. I heard more than one express words to the effect of “your music changed my life”. The whole experience has me rooting for them to make it big.”\n\n\nRew to open.\n\nTour Dates:\n\nFeb 23rd – Santa Ana\, CA @ Constellation Room\nFeb 24th – Phoenix\, AZ @ Valley Bar\nFeb 25th – Albuquerque\, NM @ Launchpad\nFeb 27th – Austin\, TX @ 29th Street Ballroom\nFeb 28th – San Antonio\, TX @ Paper Tiger\nMar 3rd – Houston\, TX @ Bronze Peacock @ HOB\nMar 4th – Dallas\, TX @ Ruins\nMar 6th – Atlanta\, GA @ Masquerade – Purgatory\nMar 7th – Chapel Hill\, NC @ Local 506\nMar 8th – Washington\, DC @ DC9\nMar 9th – Philadelphia\, PA @ Warehouse on Watts\nMar 11th – Brooklyn\, NY @ Baby’s All Right\nMar 12th – New York\, NY @ Nightclub 101\nMar 13th – Montreal\, QC @ Bar Le Ritz\nMar 14th – Toronto\, ON @ Sound Garage\nMar 16th – Chicago\, IL @ Lincoln Hall\nMar 17th – Minneapolis\, MN @ 7th St Entry\nMar 18th – Kansas City\, MO @ recordBar\nMar 20th – Denver\, CO @ Marquis \nMar 21st – Salt Lake City\, UT @ Kilby Court\nMar 23rd – Seattle\, WA @ Madame Lou’s\nMar 24th – Vancouver\, BC @ Wise Hall\nMar 25th – Portland\, OR @ Holocene\nMar 27th – San Francisco\, CA @ Rickshaw Stop\nMar 28th – Los Angeles\, CA @ Roxy\n\n\n\nSocial Share\n Share on Add Us (Opens in new window)\n Add Us\n \n Share on Instagram (Opens in new window)\n Instagram\n \n Share on X (Opens in new window)\n X\n \n Share on Bluesky (Opens in new window)\n Bluesky\n \n Share on Facebook (Opens in new window)\n Facebook\n More\n Print (Opens in new window)\n Print\n \n Share on Reddit (Opens in new window)\n Reddit\n \n Email a link to a friend (Opens in new window)\n Email\n \n Share on Pinterest (Opens in new window)\n Pinterest\n \n Share on Tumblr (Opens in new window)\n Tumblr\n \n Share on Threads (Opens in new window)\n Threads\n \n Share on WhatsApp (Opens in new window)\n WhatsApp\n \n Share on LinkedIn (Opens in new window)\n LinkedIn\n \n Share on Mastodon (Opens in new window)\n Mastodon\n \n Share on Telegram (Opens in new window)\n Telegram\n \n Share on Nextdoor (Opens in new window)\n Nextdoor\n Like this:Like Loading...

DESCRIPTION:Last Dinosaurs at Turf Club (Mar 18\, 2026)\n\n\nMarch 18\, 2026 Wednesday\n Last Dinosaurs \nwith elmjack\nat Turf Club\nfirst-avenue.com\n\nAustralia’s indie rock band Last Dinosaurs is back in the USA\, headlining the Turf Club\, in St Paul\, on March 18\, 2026.\n\n\n Last Dinosaurs \n\n\nWe saw Last Dinosaur in Oct 2023 and noted\, “Last Dinosaurs had a full hour-long set. They had a lot of songs to play\, and wasted no time in playing each track. According to their banter on stage\, this was their first time in Minneapolis\, or Minnesota\, altogether. Last Dinosaurs seemed fond of the city\, as they love The Mighty Ducks. The reference may have been lost on the very young audience\, but yes\, the Mighty Ducks are from Minneapolis. They dedicated “Put Up With the Weather!” to Minneapolis\, stating “you can relate to this song!” I suppose for outsiders the 40°F is very cold for early October.”\n\nTour Dates \n\nFeb 15 The Starlite RoomEdmonton\, AB\nFeb 16 Melissa’s Missteak Banff\, AB\, Canada\nFeb 17 commonwealth banquet hall Calgary\, AB\nFeb 20 Revolution Live Fort Lauderdale\, FL\nFeb 21 FIVE Jacksonville\, FL\nFeb 22 Jannus Live St Petersburg\, FL\nFeb 24 Gasa Gasa New Orleans\, LA\nFeb 26 Paper Tiger San Antonio\, TX\nFeb 27 Rubber Gloves Rehearsal Studio Denton\, TX\nFeb 28 Vanguard Tulsa\, OK\nMar 4 La Rosa Tucson\, AZ\nMar 5 Observatory Santa Ana\, CA\nMar 6 Ventura Music Hall Ventura\, CA\nMar 7 Felton Music Hall Felton\, CA\nMar 10 Aladdin Theater Portland\, OR\nMar 11 Knitting Factory Boise\, ID\nMar 13 Velour Live Music Gallery Provo\, UT\nMar 14 Fox Theatre Boulder\, CO\nMar 16 recordBar Kansas City\, MO\nMar 18 Turf Club St Paul\, MN\nMar 19 High Noon Saloon Madison\, WI\nMar 20 The Pyramid Scheme Grand Rapids\, MI\nMar 21 HI-FI Indianapolis\, IN\nMar 25 Baltimore Soundstage Baltimore\, MD\nMar 26 The Stone Pony Asbury Park\, NJ \n\n\n\nSocial Share\n Share on Add Us (Opens in new window)\n Add Us\n \n Share on Instagram (Opens in new window)\n Instagram\n \n Share on X (Opens in new window)\n X\n \n Share on Bluesky (Opens in new window)\n Bluesky\n \n Share on Facebook (Opens in new window)\n Facebook\n More\n Print (Opens in new window)\n Print\n \n Share on Reddit (Opens in new window)\n Reddit\n \n Email a link to a friend (Opens in new window)\n Email\n \n Share on Pinterest (Opens in new window)\n Pinterest\n \n Share on Tumblr (Opens in new window)\n Tumblr\n \n Share on Threads (Opens in new window)\n Threads\n \n Share on WhatsApp (Opens in new window)\n WhatsApp\n \n Share on LinkedIn (Opens in new window)\n LinkedIn\n \n Share on Mastodon (Opens in new window)\n Mastodon\n \n Share on Telegram (Opens in new window)\n Telegram\n \n Share on Nextdoor (Opens in new window)\n Nextdoor\n Like this:Like Loading...

DESCRIPTION:The Strumbellas at Fine Line (Mar 18\, 2026)\n\n\nMarch 18\, 2026 Wednesday\nThe Strumbellas\nwith Bermuda Search Party\nat Fine Line\nfirst-avenue.com\n\nCanadian alt-rock band The Strumbellas is back on tour\, in support of Burning Bridges Into Dust (out now via Glassnote Records). The 2026 tour will find its way back to the Fine Line\, in Minneapolis\, on March 18\, 2026.\n\n The Strumbellas \n\nWe saw the band 10 years ago\, at the Fine Line\, and wrote\, “Toronto’s The Strumbellas is currently one of the hottest band in America\, thanks to very catchy singles ‘We Don’t Know’ and ‘Spirits’. The turnout to the Strumbellas’ Fine Line Music Café show in Minneapolis was terrific\, and judging from all the dancing in the audience\, they create some of the best folk\, bluegrass\, Americana\, and “popgrass” music you’ve ever heard. The large band\, featuring songwriter Simon Ward on vocals and guitar\, David Ritter on vocals and keys\, Jon Hembrey on lead guitar\, Isabel Ritchie on violin\, Darryl James on bass guitar\, and Jeremy Drury on drums. Kicking off their set with two terrific story-in-song ‘Wars’\, followed by ‘Young & Wild’\, the band played quite a few from their latest Hope\, which has enjoyed success in the recent charts.”\n \nBermuda Search Party to open.\n\nTour Dates:\n\nMarch 14\, 2026 – Denver\, CO @ Gothic Theater $\nMarch 15\, 2026 – Fort Collins\, CO @ The Aggie Theater $\nMarch 18\, 2026 – Minneapolis\, MN @ Fine Line $\nMarch 19\, 2026 – Madison\, WI @ The Majestic $\nMarch 20\, 2026 – Chicago\, IL @ HOB Chicago $\nMarch 21\, 2026 – Detroit\, MI @ St. Andrews Hall $\n$ = with Bermuda Search Party\n\n\nSocial Share\n Share on Add Us (Opens in new window)\n Add Us\n \n Share on Instagram (Opens in new window)\n Instagram\n \n Share on X (Opens in new window)\n X\n \n Share on Bluesky (Opens in new window)\n Bluesky\n \n Share on Facebook (Opens in new window)\n Facebook\n More\n Print (Opens in new window)\n Print\n \n Share on Reddit (Opens in new window)\n Reddit\n \n Email a link to a friend (Opens in new window)\n Email\n \n Share on Pinterest (Opens in new window)\n Pinterest\n \n Share on Tumblr (Opens in new window)\n Tumblr\n \n Share on Threads (Opens in new window)\n Threads\n \n Share on WhatsApp (Opens in new window)\n WhatsApp\n \n Share on LinkedIn (Opens in new window)\n LinkedIn\n \n Share on Mastodon (Opens in new window)\n Mastodon\n \n Share on Telegram (Opens in new window)\n Telegram\n \n Share on Nextdoor (Opens in new window)\n Nextdoor\n Like this:Like Loading...

Both played alongside some of Prince’s closest associates\, and Joe’s previous band was among the last that Prince personally invited to play at Paisley Park. Their first gig as King Pari was support for Kamasi Washington in 2019. SUMMARY:Mpls: TopHouse at First Avenue (Mar 20\, 2026)
DESCRIPTION:TopHouse at First Avenue (Mar 20\, 2026)\n\n\nMarch 20\, 2026 Friday\n TopHouse\nat First Avenue\nfirst-avenue.com\n\nTopHouse is returning to Minnesota… playing their biggest venue yet – First Avenue\, on March 20\, 2026. \n\n\n TopHouse \n\n\nWe saw TopHouse in Dec 2024 and noted\, “He must have made an impression\, for TopHouse asked him to come back after opening for them on the California leg earlier in the year. A nice surprise was a cover of Pink Floyd’s “Breathe (In the Air)”\, which he and his band turned into an anthem\, like Bruce Springstein’s “Thunder Road”. Spending some time on their website\, I came to the conclusion that TopHouse does not wish to be taken too seriously. Spending an evening with them\, I came to realize that they enjoy cracking jokes just as much as playing music. By the second song\, Jesse Davis – in a deadpan delivery\, said\, “ We’re really excited to sing to you a song about a dog that drowns” (Irish Rover). ”\n\nTour Dates \n\n01 Mar Steamboat Springs\, CO\, US\n04 Mar Portland\, ME\, US Halo at the Point\n05 Mar Boston\, MA\, US Paradise Rock Club\n06 Mar Woodstock\, NY\, US Bearsville Theater\n07 Mar Syracuse\, NY\, US Middle Ages Beer Hall\n08 Mar Toronto\, ON\, Canada Horseshoe Tavern\n12 Mar Buffalo\, NY\, US Asbury Hall\, Babeville\n13 Mar Millvale\, PA\, US Mr. Smalls Theatre\n14 Mar Columbus\, OH\, US Skully’s Music Diner\n18 Mar Ferndale\, MI\, US The Magic Bag\n19 Mar Milwaukee\, WI\, US Vivarium\n20 Mar Minneapolis\, MN\, US First Avenue\n21 Mar Omaha\, NE\, US Slowdown\n21 Mar Omaha\, NE\, US Slowdown\n22 Mar Fort Collins\, CO\, US Aggie Theater\n25 Mar Bend\, OR\, US Tower Theatre\n26 Mar Seattle\, WA\, US The Showbox\n27 Mar Portland\, OR\, US Wonder Ballroom\n28 Mar Ashland\, OR\, US Historic Ashland Armory\n29 Mar San Francisco\, CA\, US \n\n\n\nSocial Share\n Share on Add Us (Opens in new window)\n Add Us\n \n Share on Instagram (Opens in new window)\n Instagram\n \n Share on X (Opens in new window)\n X\n \n Share on Bluesky (Opens in new window)\n Bluesky\n \n Share on Facebook (Opens in new window)\n Facebook\n More\n Print (Opens in new window)\n Print\n \n Share on Reddit (Opens in new window)\n Reddit\n \n Email a link to a friend (Opens in new window)\n Email\n \n Share on Pinterest (Opens in new window)\n Pinterest\n \n Share on Tumblr (Opens in new window)\n Tumblr\n \n Share on Threads (Opens in new window)\n Threads\n \n Share on WhatsApp (Opens in new window)\n WhatsApp\n \n Share on LinkedIn (Opens in new window)\n LinkedIn\n \n Share on Mastodon (Opens in new window)\n Mastodon\n \n Share on Telegram (Opens in new window)\n Telegram\n \n Share on Nextdoor (Opens in new window)\n Nextdoor\n Like this:Like Loading...

SUMMARY:Mpls: Quarters at Fine Line (Mar 21\, 2026)
DESCRIPTION:Quarters at Fine Line (Mar 21\, 2026)\n\n\nMarch 21\, 2026 Saturday \nQuarters\nwith Telescreens\nat Fine Line\nfirst-avenue.com\n\nRock band Quarters of Change\, now shortened to just Quarters\, is returning to Minnesota. They are headlining the Fine Line\, in Minneapolis\, on March 21\, 2026. \n\n\n\nBALCONY TICKET BUYERS must be 21+\nID required\, no exceptions.\nThis show is All Ages for all other GA Floor buyers.\n\n\n\n\n Quarters of Change \n\n\nWe saw Quarters of Change in Oct 2024 and said\, “New York’s Quarters of Change stopped by the Amsterdam Bar & Hall\, to bring a punk-rock show to the St Paul audience. Led by Benjamin Orlen Roter\, who seems to love basking in the spotlight with his band\, featuring Jasper Gee Harris\, Attila Lee Anather\, and Ben Acker. We saw the band in Sep 2023 and wrote\, “Presumably to show their appreciation to their tour openers (and maybe an inside joke we didn’t all get) Quarters of Change emerged for their main set\, all wearing “I Heart NEF” white t-shirts\, and they would bring the opener back on stage to help with the set-closing\, “T Love” (an ode to the very relatable idea of ‘tough love’) so we think it was a genuine friendship formed between the two acts. In addition to the upcoming album\, the Lower-East-Side quartet recently released a deluxe version of their last full-length\, Into the Rift and they consist of Ben Acker\, Attila Anrather\, Jasper Harris\, and Ben Roter\, whose sound is influenced by classic bands like The Beatles and The Who\, as well as more recent alternative acts\, RHCP and their own NYC cohorts\, The Strokes.””\n\n\nTelescreens to open.\n\nTour Dates:\n\nMar. 13\, 2026 Boston\, MA Royale\nMar. 14\, 2026 Philadelphia\, PA Theatre of Living Arts\nMar. 16\, 2026 Montreal\, QC Bar Le Ritz PDB\nMar. 17\, 2026 Toronto\, ON Horseshoe Tavern\nMar. 19\, 2026 Lakewood\, OH Mahall’s\nMar. 20\, 2026 Chicago\, IL Thalia Hall\nMar. 21\, 2026 Minneapolis\, MN Fine Line\nMar. 23\, 2026 Denver\, CO Bluebird Theater\nMar. 25\, 2026 Salt Lake City\, UT Kilby Court\nMar. 27\, 2026 Seattle\, WA Neumos\nMar. 28\, 2026 Portland\, OR McMenamins Mission Theater\nMar. 30\, 2026 San Francisco\, CA The Independent\nApr. 1\, 2026 San Diego\, CA Quartyard\nApr. 2\, 2026 Los Angeles\, CA The Regent Theater\nApr. 3\, 2026 Phoenix\, AZ Crescent Ballroom\nApr. 5\, 2026 Austin\, TX Scoot Inn\nApr. 6\, 2026 Dallas\, TX Deep Ellum Art Company\nApr. 7\, 2026 Houston\, TX House of Blues Houston\nApr. 8\, 2026 New Orleans\, LA Chickie Wah Wah\nApr. 10\, 2026 Gainesville\, FL The Wooly\nApr. 11\, 2026 Orlando\, FL The Abbey\nApr. 13\, 2026 Atlanta\, GA Terminal West\nApr. 14\, 2026 Charlotte\, NC Amos’ Southend\nApr. 16\, 2026 Washington\, DC 9:30 Club\nApr. 17\, 2026 New York\, NY Irving Plaza\nApr. 18\, 2026 New York\, NY Irving Plaza\n\n\n\nSocial Share\n Share on Add Us (Opens in new window)\n Add Us\n \n Share on Instagram (Opens in new window)\n Instagram\n \n Share on X (Opens in new window)\n X\n \n Share on Bluesky (Opens in new window)\n Bluesky\n \n Share on Facebook (Opens in new window)\n Facebook\n More\n Print (Opens in new window)\n Print\n \n Share on Reddit (Opens in new window)\n Reddit\n \n Email a link to a friend (Opens in new window)\n Email\n \n Share on Pinterest (Opens in new window)\n Pinterest\n \n Share on Tumblr (Opens in new window)\n Tumblr\n \n Share on Threads (Opens in new window)\n Threads\n \n Share on WhatsApp (Opens in new window)\n WhatsApp\n \n Share on LinkedIn (Opens in new window)\n LinkedIn\n \n Share on Mastodon (Opens in new window)\n Mastodon\n \n Share on Telegram (Opens in new window)\n Telegram\n \n Share on Nextdoor (Opens in new window)\n Nextdoor\n Like this:Like Loading...
