I randomly ran into a group of beer enthusiasts, who was in town doing late celebration of Oktoberfest, in the five-point area of Jacksonville last night. Apparently, there is a free Beaches Oktoberfest concert and drinking experience this weekend, at the Seawalk Pavilion, in Jacksonville Beach. The 11th annual show is free and open to the public, but they suggest you get the best experience by buying the VIP tickets. If you want to consume any alcohol, you’ll also need to buy a drink ticket and prove that you’re over 21 years of age.
