Rising indie folk singer-songwriter Bebe Stockwell releases her new song “Wild Love” via Columbia Records, the latest offering from her forthcoming project Volume 1, available June 26.
Built around warm acoustic textures, sweeping harmonies, and Bebe’s captivating vocal delivery, “Wild Love” captures the exhilarating feeling of giving yourself over completely to love. Inspired by the classic songs she found herself returning to while writing, the track embraces the untamed, instinctive side of romance the kind that feels all-consuming in the best possible way.
“I was listening to a lot of old tunes when I wrote ‘Wild Love,’” shares Bebe. “I kept coming back to songs that felt timeless and completely swept up in love. I wanted to write something that captured what it feels like to be totally feral and in love when you stop overthinking and just let yourself fall headfirst into it.”
“Wild Love” offers another glimpse into Volume 1, an album that further establishes Bebe as one of indie folk’s most compelling emerging voices. Expanding on the introspective world she introduced on her previous EP Driving Backwards, the project showcases her signature blend of vivid storytelling, folk-inspired production, and emotionally grounded songwriting. Across Volume 1, Bebe explores love, longing, self-discovery, and growing pains with the honesty and warmth that have become hallmarks of her music.
Bebe’s momentum continues to build on the road. Following her recent run supporting Sam Barber on The American Route Tour, she will spend the summer performing across the U.S., the UK, and Ireland, including dates supporting Buffalo Traffic Jam and appearances at several festivals. This fall, she’ll embark on her first North American headline tour, bringing songs from Volume 1 directly to fans across the country.
