Mpls: Minnesota Music Archive Launch Party (Apr 2, 2026)

Celebrate the launch of the Minnesota Music Archive! Join DEMO (Diverse Emerging Music Organization) on April 2 at The Hennepin for the Minnesota Music Archive Launch Party – an evening of live performances, DJ sets featuring Minnesota Music, and a short program introducing the Archive.

Doors open at 6 p.m.

Hosted by Terrell X, the event will feature live performances and sets by DJ Stage One, Agnes Uncaged, Dust of Suns Ensemble, and Mary Lucia. There will also be a program featuring local music personalities Andrea Swensson and Mark Wheat. Attendees will have the opportunity to interact with the archive at workstations throughout the venue.

The event is sponsored by Hennepin Arts, Firehouse Performing Arts Center, and the Minneapolis Rotary Club.
