About Your Smith:

Your Smith, the artistic moniker of Minnesota-born Caroline Smith, has built a career defined by transformation and reinvention. She first gained recognition in the Minneapolis music scene with her indie-folk band Caroline Smith & the Good Night Sleeps before pivoting to a more R&B-influenced solo sound with Half About Being a Woman. In the mid-2010s, she moved to Los Angeles, adopted the name Your Smith, and embraced a breezy, nostalgic pop aesthetic, releasing critically acclaimed projects that showcased her sharp songwriting and genre-blending style. Over the years, she has toured internationally, collaborated with major pop artists and indie standouts alike, and continually evolved as a musician. After stepping away from the industry for several years to focus on family and personal growth, Your Smith returns with a fresh perspective, bringing a renewed sense of purpose and authenticity to her music.
