Texas’ a cappella group Pentatonix begins their “On My Way Home” tour today (February 25th)…. stopping by Minneapolis on Saturday, March 7th.
You may recall that they had one of the best Christmas album last year with That’s Christmas To Me (hitting #9 on the Billboard Top 200 and #1 on the Holiday Charts).
These ‘theatre’ shows generally ends around 10:30pm… so you could potentially also catch The Dodos and Springtime Carnivore over at the 7th Street Entry (their showtime is around 10pm).

It’s very confusing, but depending on if King Khan is playing with The Shrines or BBQ Show, they are two very different type of shows.
With The Shrines, it’s very “soul”, with a big brass section…. with the BBQ Show, the show will likely be more garage/psychedelic. This time, King Khan is returning to Minneapolis in his psych band.
Personally, I think it’s confusing, so I embraced that Mark Sultan (“the BBQ”) wanted to change their name to Jumbo Lions? It might already be too late by now.
King Khan & BBQ Show‘s latest release is Bad News Boys, came out this week (February 24th) via In the Red Records. Look for the vinyl on March 17th, 2015.
