Missouri-based folksinger Willi Carlisle is back with a new album called Winged Victory (Signature Sounds). This also means a promotional tour to support the new record, so he’ll be headlining the Fine Line, in Minneapolis, on September 30, 2025.
American singer sombr (Shane Michael Boose) upcoming show, originally booked at the Amsterdam Bar & Hall, got an upgrade (due to selling out the venue) to the larger and nicer Palace Theatre (just a block over), on September 30, 2025.

Kicking off Rocktober properly is Oakland’s Tune-Yards headlining the Fine Line, in Minneapolis, on October 1, 2025. We haven’t heard from Tune-Yards in quite a while, but it looks like the duo (Merrill Garbus and Nate Brenner) have a new album called Better Dreaming (available now).

London/Huddersfield’s jadu heart (Diva-Sachy Jeffrey and Alex Headford) will be headlining the Amsterdam Bar & Hall, in St Paul, on October 1, 2025. The band was last seen in town on February 1, 2023 at the 7th St Entry.
