Most of these tracks are by Tony Elman, as described by the record label, Acorn Music, as a “renowned hammered dulcimer player”, which I just found out is a rather large stringed board that’s play by hitting it with these tiny hammers. It’s not really an instrument you’d find at a rock n roll show, but I suspect you’d see these at old-timey mountain music shows.
Tracks below sounds like they’re taken from a few albums, mostly Elman’s Winter Creek and Mike Marshall’s Midnight Clear .
