Brooklyn’s Sufjan Stevens is back on tour, in support of his latest album Carrie & Lowell. The record was recorded by Stevens alongside Casey Foubert, Laura Veirs, Nedelle Torrisi, Sean Carey, Ben Lester and Thomas Bartlett and mixed by Stevens, Bartlett and Pat Dillet. The album is named for Stevens’ mother and stepfather and is a return to Stevens’ folk roots.
Montreal’s Little Scream to open the show, she is currently finishing up her eagerly-anticipated second album, Dance in a Void.

Tempe’s The Maine is touring for their fifth album American Candy (8123 Records). The album racked up 15K in sales first week out and made several strong entries into the Billboard Charts.
Also on the bill are Real Friends, Knuckle Puck, and The Technicolors. You may remember the latter band previously opened up for The Psychedelic Furs in 2013.
