Deer Tick will be returning to Minnesota at the Turf Club in St Paul this Saturday, April 9th… on their “Acoustic” tour. We’ve seen the band a few times, and we know them as a rowdy band. Should be interesting to see them perform their well-known songs in acoustics.
Touring with Deer Tick will be Ryley Walker with a forthcoming Record Store Day (April 16th) release called Cannots (with Charles Rumback). The record will come in limited edition electric-blue vinyl, featuring cover art by Adam F Scott.

Haelos (stylized as Hælos) will be stopping by the 7th Street Entry on Saturday, April 9th, in support of their debut album Full Circle (Matador Records). The London-based trio (Arthur Delaney, Lotti Benardout and Dom Goldsmith) is in the USA post-SXSW, so they’re making the most of their time in America.

Charlottesville’s Parachute (not to be confused with New Zealand’s Parachute Band) will be at The Varsity Theater on Saturday, April 9th. Purchasing tickets to their show will automatically come with a digital download of the new album, Wide Awake (which came out March 11th).
The trio (Will Anderson, Johnny Stubblefield, and Christopher French) was previously in town in March 2015.
