Comedian Brian Posehn’s latest album, Criminally Posehn, will be available exclusively for streaming on Audible Channels as of August 19 and in wide digital release, wherever albums are sold, as of September 23, 2016. Criminally Posehn is a production of Rooftop Comedy.
This self-professed nerd’s latest work of self-deprecating stoner humor was recorded at The House of Blues in San Diego during Comic-Con; a veritable nerd mecca.
Whether or not you see yourself as a nerd, if you like jokes about farts and man boobs and tales of hijinks while being high, you will love Criminally Posehn.
This comedy album is all about hard rock & heavy metal references. The cover art is an homage to the 1983 album Metal Health by Quiet Riot, and features Brian Posehn in a straitjacket and face mask.
A high point in an album full of humorous high points is that in which Posehn offers a cleverly original interpretation of a subject many comedians have tackled over the years: “you know you’re getting old when….” His take on this topic is one of the best yet.
Brian Posehn dazzles with his customary sardonic wit and hilarious vocalizations, pitching his voice from high to low and all over the map as he makes fun of everything from hipsters to his pot dealer to himself.
