You know we love Morrissey. If you haven’t been keeping up, there’s some exciting news in the world of Morrissey that we need to talk about.
The first is that Mozzer has finally joined Twitter: @officialmoz.
We’re not sure if Twitter’s 140-character limitation will be enough for Morrissey, but we’ll be closely monitoring the account for you.
His first post on September 18th simply said the title of his new single, “Spent the day in bed…” This is followed by a cryptic tour states:

So, let’s talk about the new single ‘Spent the Day in Bed’. The single is taken from his forthcoming album Low in High School (due November 17th on Etienne/BMG). It’s said that the record is a departure from the Morrissey sound, because these new songs are driven by electric piano, synthesizers and acoustic guitars. Dedicated fans will need to look to Morrissey’s official store Mporium for limited edition vinyls of Low in High School.
