Producer and musician Kelly Lee Owens (abbreviated to KLO on the show poster) will be playing the Fine Line on September 16, 2021, with Andrew Broder as opener… this is the same night as Mannequin Pussy (which we mentioned in June 2021).



Owens is touring in support of Inner Song Remix Series EP, a remix album of last year’s Inner Song (Smalltown Supersound). The album which NPR Music called “reclaiming space for women in dance music in really powerful and important ways.”

Hopefully this is the last and final name for San Francisco’s Oh Sees. The band previously called themselves Thee Oh Sees, and before that The Oh Sees, The Ohsees, OCS (Orange County Sound), and Orinoka Crash Suite.

Los Angeles’ Osees, previously known as Thee Oh Sees, The Oh Sees, Oh Sees, The Ohsees, OCS, Orange County Sound, and Orinoka Crash Suite, is headlining the First Avenue’s mainroom this September 16, 2021, with Mr. Elevator as opener.



Osees’s latest release is a live album called Levitation Sessions Vol. II, which came out April 23, 2021 , but it may be filed under their previous name Thee Oh Sees.
The official release The Chapel, SF 10.2.19, another live album, is billed under Osees and came out June 12, 2021.

Talk about bad luck… Bayside’s anniversary tour, 20 Years of Bad Luck, was forced to cancel, due to the pandemic. Of course, the band took it in good form, rescheduling and cleverly renaming the tour to “21 Years of Really Bad Luck Tour”. The Minneapolis date is set for September 17th, with them will be Senses Fail, Hawthorne Heights, and The Bombpops.
