Minneapolis: March 2 to March 4

The co-headlining tour of Ryan Walker and Bitchin Bajas will stop by Minneapolis at the 7th Street Entry on March 2nd.

We previously wrote that Bitchin Bajas was a trio: Cooper Crain, Rob Frye and Dan Quinlivan… the band recently released Switched On Ra…. And will continue the tour in April without Walker.

Claire’s latest release “don’t miss me”—from The Hating Game Soundtrack—has already amassed 2 million streams and counting.

Special guest Aidan Bissett will open the show.

Okay, New Zealand’s The Beths had to cancel a few shows due to COVID-19 and other matters… Hopefully this upcoming date at the Fine Line Music Café on March 4th will not be moved.

We caught The Beths at Rock the Garden 2019 and wrote, “Chicago Tribune called The Beths, one of the “best up-and-coming bands”, so we were really eager to catch this young New Zealand trio (Elizabeth Stokes, Jonathan Pearce and Benjamin Sinclair) on tour. This is also partly because they are one of those few bands that we haven’t covered and was excited to see their first time in the area.”

As for openers Lunar Vacation, we wrote about them Last Christmas and said, “Atlanta’s Lunar Vacation recently shared their version of Wham!’s classic Christmas single “Last Christmas.” The band’s debut album Inside Every Fig is a Dead Wasp is available on vinyl, CD, and cassette, earlier this month. That’s not all, the band also announced a full 2022 North American tour, supporting New Zealand’s The Beths.”
