Innovative singer, songwriter, and visual artist Madilyn Mei is going on tour in support of the new album A Thousand Songs About It All: Act I (Mercury Records).
As you can see from all the sold-out Mei’s “The One Man Circus” shows, it’s highly recommended that you buy a ticket soon.
We saw her in October 2023 and absolutely adore her: “Arizona’s Madilyn Mei… the young 21 year old singer/songwriter quit her job right before going on tour, so she hopes she made the right decision. Based on hearing her songs, she’s very good and has a strong following. Just hearing her play “Dress Like a Pirate” and seeing her ring the bell, it was enough for fans to show up with an eyepatch to show support. For “Kleptomaniacrow”, she explained the reason why she’s dressed up like “Halloween threw up on me”, is to promote her Spooky EP which just came out. She ended her set with fan-favorite “The Chapel”, followed by “The Milk Carton.” Her songs are so fun and good, that I’m kicking myself for not seeing her first show at the 7th Street Entry, earlier in July 2023 with Rosie.”

Craig Finn is back on tour, this time with his new band The Band of Forgiveness. They are going to headline the Fine Line, in Minneapolis, on October 15, 2025… if you haven’t purchased your tickets, it’s probably sold out.
We last saw Finn, in his popular band The Hold Steady, at the MN Yacht Club in July 2024 and wrote, “The Hold Steady started their Yacht show with “Constructive Summer” and a dedication to former Twins star Joe Mauer’s induction to the Baseball Hall of Fame. Finn also changed the original lyrics of “Raise a toast to St. Joe Strummer, I think he might’ve been our only decent teacher” to “Raise a toast to St. Joe Mauer, I think he might’ve been the greatest ever catcher.” What a dedication. Finn also joked about his outfit. He said he bought the suit, thinking he would wear it on fancy occasion, like a real Kentucky gentlemen. Of course, he’s never invited to those social events… so he’s very thankful that the Yacht Club asked the band to play – so he is proudly wearing the yachtiest suit.”
James Felice (one half of The Felice Brothers) to open.
