The band sold out their show the last time they were here in July 2024, so it’s highly recommended that you buy your tickets early: “The last time the band went on tour, post-pandemic in 2023, they didn’t stop in the area, band leader Steve Wynn explained at the Saturday night show, “We did a run of dates, but couldn’t fit in the Twin Cities…” but they made sure Minneapolis/St Paul was one of their 2024 stops. The band played two sets, the first was their standard Grand Salami Time set, and the second was looser with some old favorites and oddities. What made the Turf Club show on Saturday night so special was that Zuzu’s Petals was re-united to pay tribute and honor Laurie Lindeen, who passed away on July 1, 2024.”
