Rosita – Hey Hey Baby
Kenickie released two albums (At the Club and Get In) and pretty much broke up.
Lauren Laverne went onto her solo career and Marie du Santiago and Emmy-Kate Montrose went on to form Rosita.
I’m including one of my favorite songs, “Hey Hey Baby” which was recorded on a radio session. The person recording it suddenly boost up the audio in the middle of it, so the recording isn’t the greatest quality. It’s still a gem of a song though.
I believe Lauren also started hosting tv shows in England but I didn’t know that Marie and Emmy-Kate continued in this band. Thanks for that info!
