Sodastream – Blinky

Sodastream officially broke up today (2 March 2007), at their farewell gig :(.  Sodastream are basically Karl Smith (vocals, guitar) and Pete Cohen (double bass) and came from Melbourne, home of (and often compared to) the Lucksmiths.

I don’t really have much to say about Sodastream, except that when I ordered A Hill for Company from microindie.com, that I was surprised to discovered another Sodastream album hidden in the box.

The song I have picked out is from the bonus free album, A Minor Revival called “Blinky”. This is actually the first song that I’ve heard from them via a mix CD, so I’m a little fond of it.
