A rose by any other name…

I'll confess, I was smitten by Caitlin Rose's good looks two years ago. She's back with a sophomore album, The Stand-In, which is coming out March 5th, 2013, on ATO Records. I love the cover artwork; she has this wonderful timeless pose.

Rose will be heading out on tour in support of The Stand-In, stopping in Minneapolis at the Triple Rock on April 8th.

I last saw Lucy Rose as she toured with Bombay Bicycle Club last year.

Anna Rose is a young singer/songwriter/pianist, following the musical footstep of her father, Alan Menken (composer of various Walt Disney & Broadway productions).

Rose has an upcoming album called Behold a Pale Horse. No release date or other details given.

Rose will be performing songs from the new album at these dates. Canadian Music Week's date has not been finalized as of this writing, but she is scheduled to appear at the music festival.

When Rose is not busy with her own music, she's actually officially part of Communion – the band from Mumford & Sons keyboardists Ben Lovett, producer Ian Grimble and Kevin Jones.
