SINÉAD O’CONNOR
sineadoconnor.com

I love Sinead O’Connor. Probably not as much as she loves Bob Dylan, but I have been obsessed with her songs for a long time now. A few years ago, she released How About I Be Me (and You Be You), and was going to tour the U.S. in support of the album. It was quietly canceled, which did not surprise anyone having read her thoughts on the state of the music industry and how it’s forcing artists to make money the old fashion way: touring. Traveling town to town is harsh on her motherhood nature and she did not want to be apart from her children.

So it’s happening again, a new “The American Kindness” tour this Fall 2013, and as you can see from the dates – they are mostly residencies, giving her some breathing room and giving fans options to see Sinead O’Connor live.
