This January, a mysterious text read, “here she comes…”, a song from Slowdive’s second album, Souvlaki; and with that, the long-awaited reunion was in motion for this Reading, UK shoe-gaze, experimental dream pop band.
European summer festivals and a 20-date tour on the continent followed, with the band finally coming to these shores for our own 20-date set of reunion dates. The local appearance is sold out, so hope your tickets are already in hand.

British band Alt-J (∆) have been consistently selling out all their Minnesota appearance, and their special Halloween show at the Myth Nightclub is no less. Typically Halloween shows are amazing, because everyone is dressed up … and watching the show on stage is only half the fun.
Alt-J is on tour in support of their latest album This Is All Yours, out now on Atlantic.
Opening up for Alt-J on the first leg of their tour will be Lovelife, a band that we previously mentioned was iTunes Single of the Week.
Lovelife’s latest release is called Silk Road EP, which is out now.

We previously seen My Gold Mask before and I noted that singer Gretta Rochelle was quite comfortable on stage.
