she’s green
with Mother Soki
at Fine Line

first-avenue.com

Minneapolis’ she’s green is having an EP release show for Chrysalis (Photo Finish Records) on August 15, 2025, at the Fine Line.

We recently saw the band in June 2025 and said, “she’s green said that this was their first time playing Jacksonville. They have left a good impression, as I noticed a few people rushing to buy their vinyl after they played their set. I talked to the guy next to me, Robert, before she’s green came on stage and he said he’s never heard of the band. I may have hyped them up a little, as Robert was one of the first people in line to buy the she’s green record. It was great to see local (Minneapolis) bands doing good.”

Mother Soki (aka Annie Tammearu) to open. She recently went viral when award-winning pop star Ellie Goulding shared Mother Soki’s song “Rivet Gun” on TikTok, according to CBS. On the strength of that song, Mother Soki signed a deal with Mom + Pop.

Breaking Benjamin guitarist and solo artist Keith Wallen is headlining the Turf Club, in St Paul, on August 14, 2025.

Levels and BlurCurve to open.

We saw BlurCurve in November 2023 and wrote, “Local hardcore groovers, BlurCurve, opened up the evening at the Turf Club to an excited crowd. Their website states: We Like it loud & fast. And they certainly lived up to the billing …
After boisterous approval for their first song, Scully said, “If you like that, we have eight more for you.” And they played songs from their 2015 debut album and 2003 EP Pluto & The Fool, finishing the furious set with “Holy Alms.””

at Fillmore

livenation.com

The Fray is headlining the Fillmore, in Minneapolis, on August 16, 2025.

The Strike to open. We saw the band in July 2024 and said, “Los Angeles alt-pop band The Strike said that they started their journey, originally, in Minneapolis, saying that they first came to the city to record their new album, Until the Lights Go Out (set for release on September 27th). A little research, they were indeed in town in the summer of 2023 to record their album with producer John Fields (Jonas Bros, Miley Cyrus, Switchfoot) at his Minneapolis studio. Guitarist/keys David Maemone said that it was their first “proper studio with a proper producer” and that really elevated their music to the next level.”
