W♥M Mail, plus Reader Feedback
I’m currently setting up email for all W♥M users. If you receive an email from me with a temporary password, go login at: start.weheartmusic.com
You can also see what the email looks like once you’ve logged in (see picture). If you send emails using this platform, it will display:

Sally and Randy and I tested out our new W♥M emails (which is essentially gmail, so it also offers IMAP and POP features) and they work out perfectly!
A suggestion:
Once logged in, go to “Settings: Forwarding” and forward all mail to your primary mail (like most people you probably only use one or two emails, the others you rarely check).
To celebrate, I have compiled some reader feedbacks. The first comment is from Ade:
Forgive the unsolicited email but you MIGHT like this site for a new music-based social network called TunA the Day.
It’s a clever play on “tune of the day”. Unfortunately you have to register to view their archives, which I didn’t like about it. Otherwise, it’s a free song every day.
Speaking of free song of the day – have you guys seen eMusic’s Daily Download? I keep forgetting to visit their page everyday and I rarely use my RSS feed reader.

I noticed we like a lot of the same bands…a suggestion/ recommendation is Ghosthustler. They are from Denton Texas, pretty new – up & coming. From what I’ve heard and read they have a video but no cd yet, but are creating massive hype.
I did check out the video and I have to admit, I thought the Nintendo Power Glove was way cool. Despite the fake-film spots throughout the video, I’ve also noticed that youtube videos are getting a lot better! I’ve dissed the poor quality of the tubes for a long time in favor of other video websites, but I guess they’ve really impoved. (I still hate youtube though for disabling my account!)
You can check out more on Ghosthustler on myspace.
Our final email comes from El Cater:
that beautiful Fozlur song you have on the art punk girl, reminded me of this drawing.
The song is from Jason’s article: Cari Palazzolo and Belaire.
So, that’s it for reader’s feedback. If you have any comments or suggestions, please send them to me or info@weheartmusic.com.
PS, I’m in the market to buy a nice SLR camera, so if you have any suggestion – let me know. I’m interested in a fast processing and low-light photography (concerts) and SUB-$500 if possible.
