A Texas native turned New Yorker Jay Brannan will be in town on Saturday, July 11th. He’ll likely playing some new materials, as well as his song “Soda Shop” from John Cameron Mitchell’s indie film Shortbus and 2014’s LP Always, Then, & Now (Nettwerk).
The tour starts next week.
Local Jourdan Myers will open the Triple Rock Social Club show.

We caught The Melvins frontman Buzz Osborne at Grumpy’s last June 2014, and it looks like the full band will be back at the same venue next Saturday, July 11th, as part of the “Bash 15” festival.
