FEMI KUTI
+ 26 Bats!
The Cedar Cultural Center
Tue 07/31/2018 (7pm/$50)

thecedar.org

For a long time, the Cedar Cultural Center didn’t have air condition at the venue, so they didn’t really book shows in the Summer. Once they got enough donation to afford an air conditioner unit, the venue started booking shows for the summer.
As part of their “African Summer” (renamed Global Summer Series), the venue often brings in African bands to the area, so if you’re a world music fan, there’s no better place to be.

Femi Kuti
(the eldest son of Afrobeat pioneer Fela) will be headlining the Cedar on Tuesday, July 31st.

Check out our full Global Summer Series:

It’s a summer to remember at The Cedar!
