Miloe (27 May 2022)

We saw Miloe in May 2022 and wrote, “Open the show was local musician Miloe, who replaced original support act Divino Niño at the 11th hour. Milo is joined on stage with Jacob on guitars, Megan on bass, and Theo on drums. They played a lot of tracks from their Greenhouse EP, including “Winona”, “Floating”, and the title track, “Greenhouse”. The band ended their set with “Space and Time.””

It’s a sold-out double ladies night with BER and Raffaella, at the Fine Line, in Minneapolis, on May 3rd, 2024.

Ber (30 Dec 2022)

We caught Ber in Dec 2022 and wrote, “Ber aka Berit Dybing then took the stage but with some minor complications. That’s what makes 7th Street Entry such a fun musical venue. It’s an incubation tube for new bands and those bands are their own roadies, and they are only a few feet from the audience as they set up their equipment. For a time the band worked on connecting Mike’s (drummer) ear piece. Then Ber’s main mic wasn’t working, which was an important piece of equipment for a lead singer. No matter. Ber was game and set aside any awkwardness by chatting and taking selfies with the crowd.”

Raffaella (24 Sep 2023)

We caught Raffaella in 24 Sep 2023 and said, “Local indy pop singer Raffaella Meloni opened up the evening. She’s actually a transplant from Manhattan who made the leap to the Twin Cities after a chance encounter with the lead singer of Hippo Campus, Jake Luppen, turned into something more, as in moving in together. “I like Minneapolis,” she said of her new home. “It smells better.””
