We actually really like the band, having interviewed them (twice) and were lucky enough to caught them as support for Smashing Pumpkins.

Dum Dum Girls are back in town, stopping by the Fine Line Music Cafe this Wednesday.
Listed as opener is Ex Cops, who may be playing some tracks from their debut album and their forthcoming sophomore album Daggers (available November 11th on Downtown Records).
Although the album is not out yet, the songs have been around since 2010, as Amalie Bruun, one half of the duo, explained, “I wrote the song in 2010 when I could not find silence anywhere and I went to extremes to feel/hear nothing, but no matter what I did I could not silence the voices in my head. So I had a white noise machine playing 24/7 around me to drown out everything.”
Daggers was executively produced by icon Billy Corgan, produced by Justin Raisen (Sky Ferreira, Charli XCX, Kylie Minogue) and features co-written tracks with Ariel Pink. Fans who preorder the album on iTunes will receive an instant download of “White Noise” and previously released singles “Black Soap” and “Tragically Alright feat. Ariel Pink”.
