Supergroup Deltron 3030 is bringing rap music from the year 3030 to 2025. As you guys already know, we’re big fans. If you didn’t know, Deltron 3030 is Del Tha Funkee Homosapien, Dan the Automator and Kid Koala. It’s rare to see them together, so you need to be singing along with them at the Uptown Theater, in Minneapolis, on September 24, 2025. Be there or be square!

We last saw Deltron 3030 in Oct 2013, and said, “The encore was unbelievable, after “Do You Remember”, the band kicked into a song that Dan said, “you all know this one”, as they launched into “Clint Eastwood”. That song made Gorillaz famous, but we all knew this was made by the same people in Deltron, but minus Damon Albarn. That’s okay, the part of Albarn were loudly sung by the audience to a roaring, satisfying finish.”

Kid Koala and Lealani to open.

You might recall seeing Lealani and Kid Koala in July 2023: “Lealani would join Koala on stage, for the song finale. They thanked us for coming out and wished Chase Bliss a happy birthday (Chase Bliss sponsored all three Kid Koala’s Minneapolis / St Paul events as part of their celebration). Being here for three days, I asked them if they visited The Mall of America, in which they had no idea what that is. I guess they didn’t do the tourist thing. With fans lining up for autographs and conversations, they were more than gracious to sign everything presented to them. They were in no hurry to leave, even though it will be a very, very long drive back to Hamilton, Ontario for their final show in this 2023 tour.”
