You may have remembered our coverage of Jeremy Jay, well it looks like he’s about to do a long Summer tour, covering just about every state!

The tour is in support of his album, A Place Where We Could Go, which was released late April and apparently, “Escape to Aspen” will be Jay’s next single (however, looking at K’s schedule, it looks like it might be Alpharythym for June 17th)

Speaking of single, Jay’s record label, K Records, also recently released Until Forever (May 20th), an EP by Desolation Wilderness.

I did manage to check out this band, it would seem they’re based out of Olympia, Washington, and have been releasing music since 2006.

I grabbed the first track “Goodbye Summer Girl” on their myspace and it sounds like some warpy and wacky music transmitted from outer space… perfect for those wasted nights in the backyard starring at the sky.

They’re also about to do some tour dates, but as of this writing, most of those venues are “to be announced”.

Check back on their website or myspace for updates.
