Tegan and Sara: Heartthrob

I thought she would be ecstatic. As it turned out, that album on her shelf was on loan from a friend… and the fact was she wasn't even a fan. On retrospect, I should have seen it coming.

Anyway, I like Tegan & Sara. I think their So Jealous was such a great album, and even Jack White agreed (having covered "Walking with a Ghost").

Tegan & Sara have just announced their headlining tour in support of their seventh album, Heartthrob, which is coming out in the U.S. on January 29th, 2013, on Warner Bros. Records. Look for them to appear on Jimmy Kimmel on January 31st (possibly to sing their new single, "Closer", which they performed on David Letterman in November)!

Fans should want to get the Heartthrob limited bundle, which comes with a really cool "Heartthrob Magazine". This custom magazine reminds me of teenbop glossy magazine! I think promo items like that are innovative, I only wish bands would release stuff like that or books or magazines with the CD. Anyroad, you can get the bundle at warnerbrosrecords.com.
