The “Prince of V-Pop”, Vietnamese superstar singer Son Tung M-TP debut his English song, “There’s No One At All” recently (on April 28, 2022)… and promises more to come.
Son Tung talked about his American song: “Every one of us, even the strongest ones, can sometimes feel lost and trapped in loneliness… I really want to encourage every young soul out there to dare and chase their dreams. Because nobody knows what lies behind that thick fog, and if we don’t take a step forward, then we will never know what truly lies ahead.”
Son Tung M-TP already has close to 10 million YouTube subscribers and won MTV Europe Music Award for “Best Southeast Asian Act”.
YOASOBIyoasobi-music.jp
Fast-rising J-pop act Yoasobi (stylized as YOASOBI) released their first-ever English album, E-Side.
The album features previously released songs “Monster,” “Into The Night,” “RGB,” “Romance” and “Blue.”
Yoasobi already enjoyed as wearing the “Most Streamed Songs in Japan in the Last Five Years” crown.
Usually with these English-language release, it means that they are trying to break into the coveted English music market… and that would translate to touring promotion. It’s just a prediction, but expect to see the duo (composer Ayase and vocalist Ikura) to do a short promotional tour for E-Side. At least that’s what we can hope for.
