Chicago-based Squirrel Flower (Ella Williams) is touring in support of her new album Tomorrow’s Fire (Polyvinyl). The tour will stop in at the 7th Street Entry this January 20th, 2024.
Opening the show will be Los Angeles’ Goon, touring in support of Hour of Green Evening.
Local band Products Band (previously known as the generic Products) is also listed on the bill. We caught Products in 27 Jul 2021 and said, “Local band Products (Alex on guitar, Jo on vocals, Konner on drums, and Jack on bass) played a quick 30-min set, mostly containing songs from their album Pink Puma. The band recently released a single, “(On Top) A Y’all Tower Of You” yesterday (July 26). I have previously commented on generic band names, that it’s impossible for you find them online… so, personally speaking, I don’t like their name. Of course, as punk as they are, they’ll never change their name.”

London’s Nabihah Iqbal will be stopping by the 7th Street Entry, in Minneapolis, this January 21, 2024. The English musician, writer and broadcaster was a former legal professional, she has studied at both SOAS and The University of Cambridge… and in her free time, she released music under her stagename Throwing Shade. When she released her debut album Weighing of the Heart in 2017, she went back to using her birth name.
The tour is in support of her sophomore album Dreamer, which came out in April 2023 on Ninja Tune.

Former Lambchop and Silver Jews member, William Tyler (billed as William Tyler & The Impossible Truth) will be headlining the Turf Club, in St Paul, on January 23, 2024.
Tyler’s last album was in 2021, Lost Futures, with Marisa Anderson; his last album (that isn’t a soundtrack) is William Tyler Goes West, which came out in 2019 on Merge Records.
