Christmas in the City

I’ve previously gone on record to say that Pentatonix’s original song “That’s Christmas To Me” is “The song is so good, so well-crafted, that I think the group need to write more original songs instead of relying on the familiar popular songs.”

Expect to hear that song, as well as songs from their new holiday album, Christmas in the City (Republic Records), on their upcoming tour (stopping by St Paul’s Xcel Energy Center this Thursday).

GRAMMY® Award-winning artists Leon Bridges and Norah Jones has collaborated on a new holiday duet, “This Christmas I’m Coming Home,” available now on Columbia Records.

The song was written by Norah Jones and Leon Michels and produced by Leon Michels (Clairo, The Black Keys, Sharon Jones & The Dap-Kings), and as the title suggests, the duet shows a warm, comfort of returning home for the holidays.

If you can’t get enough Christmas songs, Bridges latest song, “A Merry Black Christmas,” just dropped this week (November 14). If I was to guess, I think he may have a Christmas EP or album coming out for the holidays!
