HighSchool at 7th St Entry (Mar 20, 2026)
HighSchool, the duo of Rory Trobbiani and Luke Scott, will be headlining the 7th Street Entry, in Minneapolis, on March 20, 2026. The band’s self-titled debut album is out now on Play It Again Sam.
Talking about their album, HighSchool share, “When you’re young and dumb, everything hits harder… love, hate, boredom, desire. It all feels sacred somehow. Then you grow up and it fades. Maybe that’s why everyone romanticises youth. This album is forty-two minutes of trying to feel that again.”
Taraneh to open.

TopHouse at First Avenue (Mar 20, 2026)
TopHouse is returning to Minnesota… playing their biggest venue yet – First Avenue, on March 20, 2026.
TopHouse
We saw TopHouse in Dec 2024 and noted, “He must have made an impression, for TopHouse asked him to come back after opening for them on the California leg earlier in the year. A nice surprise was a cover of Pink Floyd’s “Breathe (In the Air)”, which he and his band turned into an anthem, like Bruce Springstein’s “Thunder Road”. Spending some time on their website, I came to the conclusion that TopHouse does not wish to be taken too seriously. Spending an evening with them, I came to realize that they enjoy cracking jokes just as much as playing music. By the second song, Jesse Davis – in a deadpan delivery, said, “ We’re really excited to sing to you a song about a dog that drowns” (Irish Rover). ”

King Pari at Turf Club (Mar 20, 2026)
Minneapolis/Los Angeles band King Pari will be headlining the Turf Club, in St Paul, for their Candy Eyes EP release show.
If you were wondering about the LA/Mpls thing, I think one of them was living in Los Angeles … currently the band is Joe Paris Christensen and Cameron Kinghorn, and I believe they are based in Minneapolis. Both played alongside some of Prince’s closest associates, and Joe’s previous band was among the last that Prince personally invited to play at Paisley Park. Their first gig as King Pari was support for Kamasi Washington in 2019. We mentioned that show in Aug 2019, but at the time of writing, we were not told who was opening the show.
Zak Khan and Fairooz Nazifa to open.
If your band is coming to the Minneapolis/St Paul area, please email details to vu@weheartmusic.com with a good lead time. Thank you.
