Boys Like Girls is back in Minnesota, this time playing the Fillmore, in Minneapolis, on March 24, 2026.

We saw Boys Like Girls in Sep 2024 and wrote, “BOYS LIKE GIRLS was up next and given the opportunity to play a sixty minute-set. They are from Andover, MA and consist of original members Martin Johnson on lead vocals and John Keefe on drums, and joined by Gregory James on bass and Jamel Hawke on lead guitar. BLG hit it big with their self-titled debut album with the hit “Great Escape.” Then after two more albums, a break, not a break-up, more of a hiatus that lasted over ten years only to return with their latest album SUNDAY AT FOXWOODS with every song in capital letters.”

I Don’t Know How They Found Me (who we saw in August 2022) and Arrows In Action (who we saw in Nov 2022) to open.

Queer singer-songwriter and content creator Semler (Grace Baldridge) will be headlining the 7th Street Entry on March 25, 2026.

anni xo and Kipp the Conjurer to open. We recently saw anni xo in Dec 2025 and wrote, “anni was joined on stage with Maddie Thies on bass (any pronouns), Aurelio Sandoval (he/him) on drums, Riley Jacobson Pogatshnik (he/him)on guitar and Hunter SinClair Hawtorne (he/him) on keys, dancing and all-around fun times. anni kept looking over to Hunter between songs and eventually confessed to the audience that they hates tuning guitars and has an onstage bet with Hunter as to who can finish first: Anni tuning her guitar or Hunter chugging a beer. Game on. And after a few stops and starts, the duel ended in a tie per Sam, a fan watching from the front row. anni xo has had quite the busy December, releasing the EP what’s become of us and LP SOMETHING PROFOUND. They played songs from both with “Bedside Light” from the EP and “Daydream” and “Sentimental” from the LP. And like the previous bands, Anni xo’s set was far too brief, but they finished with a song that had members of anni’s fan club raising cue cards for the audience to sing along to “Asshole.””.
