Restless Spirit

Restless Spirit is a Long Island, New York-based stoner/doom metal band formed in 2018 (christened in 2019), known for mixing sludge, doom, and heavy metal with emotional lyrical themes. Core members Paul Aloisio (vocals/guitar) and Marc Morello (bass) have played together since childhood, later adding drummer Francisco Sanchez. They are signed to Magnetic Eye Records.
