On An On

We’ve been tracking this Minneapolis-based band On An On since Jess fell in love with them, having caught them in Europe and again in Los Angeles. Songs on their set were mostly from their debut album Give In
ON AN ON

itsonanon.com

According to their bio, On An On is a “Minneapolis trio” (Nate Eiesland, Ryne Estwing, Alissa Ricci), but I have always thought of them as being based out of Chicago. We’ve seen the band a few times, so there may be some truth to that earlier statement…

We’ve previously seen them all over the place, including Brighton and Los Angeles:

Look for On An On’s forthcoming sophomore album with producer Joe Chiccarelli later this Summer, in the meantime you can catch the band down at SXSW 2015 in Austin, Texas:

Frankie Teardrop

My brother’s favorite local band Frankie Teardrop is also listed on the bill… so the chances of him being at this show is high.
