Starset will be in town on Sunday, September 27th to support Breaking Benjamin at The Myth Nightclub in Maplewood. Starset’s latest release Transmissions is available now on Razor & Tie.

Starset has been around since 2013 and their first single “My Demons” made radio history last year by being on the Billboard charts for a record-setting 43 weeks, peaking at #3 on Mainstream Rock Radio. They are a cinematic rock band from Columbus, Ohio fronted by Downplay vocalist Dustin Bates.

Starset, along with 10 Years, will be opening for Breaking Benjamin, the popular radio rock group with hits like “So Cold” and “The Diary of Jane”.

Aer is Carter Schultz and David von Mering, from Wayland, Massachusetts. In 2011 the duo debut What You Need, which landed them #1 on the iTunes Hip-Hop Chart.

Aer is currently touring in support of their latest release One of a Kind. Fans of Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Slightly Stoopid and Iggy Azalea, should be checking out these two guys.

Chef Special and Australian singer/songwriter Cody Simpson are also be on the lineup. Simpson is touring in support of his new album FREE (Coast House Records / Banana Beat Records). The record just came out September 11th, 2015.

A few of shoegazing fans I know are wild about A Place To Bury Strangers. The band recently opened up for The Jesus and Mary Chain at FYF Fest in Los Angeles and got plenty of buzz from the appearance… especially with the crew from Last Call with Carson Daly filming the event and aired two of their songs, “We’ve Come So Far” and “Fill The Void”.

APTBS’ latest Transfixiation is out now on Dead Oceans.

New York based musician Oberhofer recently released a new track “Sun Halo”, taken from his album Chronovision (available October 9th on Glassnote Records).

We previously caught Oberhofer with Matt & Kim in 2012, and I described him as simply “fun to watch”.

Honduras to open. We previously mentioned Honduras as a duo of childhood friends, Patrick Phillips (vocals/guitar) and Tyson Moore (guitar/vocals).

Honduras’ latest “Not Again” is taken from their 9/25 digital release of their debut LP Rituals.
