Singer/songwriter and model Charlotte Lawrence will be headlining the 7th Street Entry, in Minneapolis, on July 31st, 2025. Lawrence was previously in town with Madison Beer in April 2024.

Rising alt-pop visionary Sam Short to open. Short’s upcoming EP earthgirl is coming out in August, but you can preview the songs at this upcoming show… as well as her previous viral hits, “Already Mine” and “Naked.”

We saw Yam Haus in Oct 2022 and said, “Opening the show was Minnesota’s “Best New Band” of 2018 and 2019 Yam Haus, led by singer Lars Pruitt, guitarist Seth Blum, bassist Zach Beinlich, and drummer Jake Felstow. The band’s debut album Stargazer was streamed over 3.5 million times, and earned them recognition for representing Minnesota in the American Song Contest contest for “Ready to Go”. The song their penultimate song on their, as Lars explained how they were doing well on the NBC contest, until the song got its butt kicked by Michael Bolton, who “destroyed” them.”

Fitz and the Tantrums is back in the Twin Cities, playing First Avenue, on August 2, 2025.
The last news we heard from the band was that lead singer Fitz released his solo album Summer of Us last November 2024.

We saw Fitz and the Tantrums in Aug 2022 and said, “Fitz and the Tantrums then took the stage with a solid groove of danceable neo-soul, kicking off the set with “OCD” and “Don’t Gotta Work It Out.” Although based out of Los Angeles, this is a band influenced by the sounds of Motown demonstrated in the sensual interplay between co-lead singers, Michael Fitzpatrick and Noelle Scaggs and the humming engine of Joseph Karnes on bass, John Wicks on drums and Jeremy Ruzumna on keyboards. No lead guitar? Fitzpatrick didn’t want one. He found a better avenue with James King on saxophone who at one point went on a free-form jazz solo during “Complicated”. ”

Chicago indie-rockers’ Ax and the Hatchetmen to open.
