We’re very excited to see FINICK headline her first 7th Street Entry show on January 8, 2026.
FINICK at Girlhood Exhibit Opening (Sep 7, 2024)
We last saw FINICK in Sep 2024 and wrote, “FINICK as the only live music guest. Her set is different from show to show, but she usually does “Rain Falls” and her sea-song “Captain Tory” (from the latest two-track single). Her forthcoming single, “Selfish” is electric, but without a full band, she’s doing it acoustic style. The single is coming out October 4, 2024. And as with all of her shows, she always ends with “Third Time’s the Charm” (watch the video), however due to an audience’s request, she played “Meant to Be”.”

Yam Haus at First Avenue (Jan 10, 2026)
Local band Yam Haus will be headlining First Avenue, in Minneapolis, on January 10, 2026.
Yam Haus at Lake Harriet Bandshell (August 1, 2025)
We saw Yam Haus in Aug 2025 and said, “Pruitt addressed the challenges by saying that once they sold out First Ave, they thought the doors would open, even writing about the band’s experiences with the song “Pop Game.” Their sound was definitely a perfect fit for the outdoor setting with fan favorite “Phoning It In” and a newer song “Misery Island” which seems to point the band into a more musically mature direction. They also played a song to be released on August 15th “Dollar Store Mansion” and a nice cover of Don Henley’s “Boys of Summer.” They even did an audible “Simplicity” that Felstow called out from behind his drum-set for he looked to be having as much fun as the fans who came to see him.”
