Mpls: June 1 to June 4, 2026
Here are some shows in Minneapolis/St Paul from June 1 to June 4, 2026: • Toadies at First Avenue (Jun 2, 2026) • The Great Gatsby at Orpheum Theatre (June 2-7, 2026) • Moon Walker at Cedar (June 4, 2026)
Texas’ Toadies are back on tour in support of their forthcoming album The Charmer – set for release on May 1 on Spaceflight Records.
The ticket limit is strict. Any attempt to exceed the posted ticket limit per customer or household, or to game the system in any way, will result in cancellation of orders without notice. There is a transfer delay for all tickets prior to the show.
We saw Toadies in Oct 2022 and said, “The Toadies (singer/guitarist Vaden Todd Lewis, drummer Mark Reznicek, lead guitarist Clark Vogeler, and bassist Doni Blair) closed out the night. As expected, the band played the entire Rubberneck album… but before the album, they played some classic Toadies songs… and a new song called “Closer to You”, which they are hoping they can record it for the next album. Rubberneck was (and is) The Toadies’ most important album, originally released in 1994 on Interscope Records and earning the band RIAA gold and platinum status. Their song, “Possum Kingdom”, as well as “Away” and “Tyler”, established the band on the global stage.”

Touring Broadway musical The Great Gatsby will be doing a residency at the Orpheum Theatre from June 2 to June 7, as part of Bank of America’s Broadway on Hennepin series.
The play is based on F. Scott Fitzgerald’s classic American novel about the glamour of the Roaring Twenties. Party like it was like 1929.

Brooklyn-based independent alt-rocker Moon Walker (not to be confused with Walk the Moon or Michael Jackson’s Moonwalker) is headlining the Cedar Cultural Center on June 4, 2026.
We saw Moon Walker in April 2026 and said, “Then, it was time for the main attraction- Brooklyn-based, Colorado-raised Moon Walker (aka Harry Springer) who confessed it was his first time in Kansas. He and each of the band members sported dizzy-eyed smiley-face armbands and patches, with the same motif on a pair of onstage flags, invoking similarities to the hammer armbands Roger Waters’ character wore while performing “the Wall.” The stylized logo can also be seen on the cover of the new record, out May 1, and even translated down to a young fan up front, mimicking the look, complete with face paint.”
Super Cassette to open.
