San Francisco natives Veviter, will be opening for Guster Thursday, February 4th at First Avenue. Veviter is on tour in support of their sixth album Complete Strangers. These guys have toured with the likes of The Shins, Fleet Foxes and Wilco. Now they can add Guster to that list!
Guster is an alternative rock band from Boston, Massachusetts. These guys released their seventh studio album Evermotion last year and continue to captivate audiences across the globe.

I am told that Austin’s Buhu (a band that has been compared to Minus the Bear) will be playing the Amsterdam on February 4th, but I actually could not find any listing for this show (since I have to look up pricing and time schedule and opening band information).
The only thing listed for Feb 4th is “Winter Cycling Congress Party”, which is all about winter bicycling. Maybe these guys will be the entertainment?
Buhu’s new LP Relationshapes is out now on FMF Records and is said to capture a flash-frozen portrait of the struggles of youthful love.

We previously mentioned that they are a trio (Joe Gac, Chris Sutter & Ryan Wizniak) and their previous album was called Brother, available on Brace Yourself Records.
Fellow Chicagoan Rad Payoff is also on the bill. Their latest Slow & Weird came out last year.
