Warpaint

WARPAINT

at Fine Line Music Cafe

All-girls band Warpaint (guitarist Emily Kokal, bassist Jenny Lee Lindberg, drummer Stella Mozgawa, and guitarist Theresa Wayman … all takes turn on vocals) has reunited earlier this year to record their new album Heads Up.

I believe we caught their very first Minneapolis appearance in 2009, when I noted that “I actually quite enjoyed Warpaint, who wowed me with their melodic music as all three girls took turns singing their part. They seem like a lot of fun, and they seem really happy that a lot of people showed up early to see them play.”

As of this writing, no opening band is listed.
