Minnesota’s own Cloud Cult will be doing a two-night residency at the Palace Theatre on September 27 and September 28.
The band’s new album, Alchemy Creek, is out now.

We saw Cloud Cult in April 2013 and said, “From what I’ve experience, the songs sounded great live, particularly when you can hear the violin and cello’s sweeping sound. The other songs seem like they were written for a large crowd, you know, designed for singalongs/shoutalongs fun times. Unlike most bands, Cloud Cult have two dedicated painters. You can watch their work progress as the show goes on. The two painters does occasionally do backup vocals or help out with drumming or tambourine, so they are as much a part of the show as any of the musicians on stage.”
