The Teenage Dirtbag band Wheatus is on a 25th Anniversary tour, stopping by the 7th Street Entry, on April 13, 2025. I’m not sure why they are playing such a tiny venue, because I know they will sell out the venue. So if you like the band, grab your tickets early.
We saw Wheatus in March 2019: “Wheatus’ best known song, “Teenage Dirtbag” was played near the end of the set, complete with unconventionally long break before the final chorus. Personally speaking, I felt like they should have ended their set with “Dirtbag”, because of the false ending, but their finale song was actually “Valentine”, the title track from their 2016 album.”

Griffin William Sherry is headlining the Turf Club, in St Paul, on April 13, 2025.
We previously saw Griffin William Sherry in Dec 2024 and wrote, “Griffin William Sherry and his band got right to it with a driving song “Our Town”. By his second “Roll Down Slow” it became apparent he had a lot in the engine with a booming, raspy, voice that kept pace with his band. Sherry is from Maine and he has launched a solo career after playing with the trio The Ghost of Paul Revere. He is supporting his debut album Hundred Mile Wilderness, which was released in September.”
