We’ve written previously about The Dandy Warhols and their relationship with Minneapolis. Their tour van broke down in the city in November 1995, and it unintentionally made the band fall in love with the city. Since writing ‘Minnesoter’, the band always make sure to squeeze in that song whenever they play here (despite not appearing on their normal setlist).



The Dandy’s ninth studio album Distortland is out now on Dine Alone.



Nashville’s Savoy Motel to open. The glam/boogie/garage band (Jeffrey Novak, Jessica McFarland, Mimi Galbierz and Dillon Watson) will be releasing a self-titled album on October 21, 2016, via What’s Your Rupture?
