Real Estate
with Marina Allen
at Fine Line

first-avenue.com

New Jersey’s Real Estate is touring in support of their forthcoming album, Daniel.

We saw Real Estate in June 2018 and said, “New Jersey’s Real Estate (singer/guitarist Martin Courtney IV, bassist Alex Bleeker, drummer Jackson Pollis, keyboard Matt Kallman, and guitarist Julian Lynch) closed out the show. Bassist Alex Bleeker mentioned on stage that this was the band’s first time playing the First Avenue mainroom. This is, in fact, true, since they were originally scheduled for First Avenue in November 2017 (with Lucy Dacus), but unfortunately had to postponed it until this year.”

Marina Allen to open.

I DONT KNOW HOW BUT THEY FOUND ME
with benches
at Fine Line

first-avenue.com

I Don’t Know How But They Found Me (or iDKHOW) will be headlining the Fine Line, in Minneapolis, on April 11, 2024.

We saw I Don’t Know How But They Found Me in August 2022 and said, “The secret is out about Salt Lake City band I Dont Know How They Found Me (no apostrophe and shortened as iDKHOW) and members Dallon (ex Panic! at the Disco) Weekes and drummer Ryan Seaman. The band’s sometimes bombastic and retro-tinged sound struck gold with breakout single, “Leave Me Alone” and 2020 full-length, Razzmatazz and their fan base continues to grow, made evident by a packed (and mostly female) front railing along the barricade that seemed to know almost every lyric.”

San Diego alt Rock band benches to open. The band recently released “Naive”, the first release in over a year, and promises a new EP to come out soon.
