Kansas

Kansas is a landlocked state in the Midwestern region of the United States.[12] It borders Nebraska to the north; Missouri to the east; Oklahoma to the south; and Colorado to the west. Kansas is named after the Kansas River, in turn named after the Kansa people. Its capital is Topeka, and its most populous city is Wichita; however, the largest urban area is the bi-state Kansas City metropolitan area surrounding Kansas City, Missouri which straddles the border of Kansas and Missouri.

That turned out to be the case as the pride of Rochester NY, electro alt-pop rockers Joywave returned to Kansas City on their “Here to Perform Tour” at The Truman downtown, in support of last May’s “Permanent Pleasure” album (via Cultco, their own imprint on Hollywood Records).
