With the overwhelming competition for the live show dollar, we feel that our projected ticket sales will not be enough for our tour to be profitable, so we have made the painful decision to cancel our tour in March. The cost of touring continues to go up and while we had no illusion of big profits, at least breaking even was a goal which after speaking to our agent and the promoters of the shows did not seem achievable. We appreciate everyone that is enjoying our music, and we will continue to attempt to find a way to bring the live show on the road. In making this decision now it will enable everyone to get refunds before Christmas. All VIP purchases will be immediately refunded. Thank you again for the support for Category 7.

Grammy-nominated artist Poppy is touring in support of Negative Spaces. She will be headlining the Fillmore, in Minneapolis, on March 20th, 2025.

We saw Poppy in Sep 2023 and wrote, “By the time Poppy took the stage in a baby blue gogo dress and pigtails the crowd had filled to capacity and they were there to celebrate at the altar of all that is Poppy. But first there was a prayer to assure the crowd that there would be plenty of love, candy, dancing and screaming, which immediately lead into “BLOODMONEY”, a song that gives Poppy the noted distinction of being the first solo female act to receive a Grammy nomination for Best Metal Performance (2021).”
