Think you’re sitting pretty with your Homies collection ? A few years ago, Micro Icons released a collection of Kung Fu Masters, Mexican Wrestlers, Punks, Souljahs, Commandos, and Bikers figurines, that were sold briefly at Walmart and Target.

As detailed (especially the color quality and sculpt) and awesome magnet feet (you can stick them on anything made of metal!), the little toys never took off. In fact, I think they may have gone the way of the dodo and nothing was released after the initial first wave.

I own all 12 Kung Fu Masters figurines, but recently discovered that a tiny playset exists! I’m so happy, I placed an order from amazon, so hopefully I’ll get it soon.

Song of the day is Arsonists’ “Language Arts”. The song plays out like a kung fu battle, too funny and very clever. Love Arsonists!
